I needed to replace my garage door so I called ACTSYS. I remember it was a weekend and thought I would just leave a message, expecting a response on Monday. The owner, Mr. Smitty, responded immediately and was able to give me a price over the phone. We scheduled an appointment and he sent out his wonderful technician that took all the measurements and prepared the contract. We scheduled the date and time. They take payments credit card payments on the spot with a handheld device, this is extremely convenient. The day before I received a call from their team to confirm the appointment. They arrive punctual and installed the doors perfectly. The installers gave me a training on how to use it and I have not had one problem with the door and it has been 3 months now. I have lived in Miami for 25 years and I have never had a service go as smooth and perfect as this one. Would highly recommend.

Very responsive. Same day service scheduled. Technician arrived as scheduled and performed the service in no time.

They always have their trip charge and everything and they come out. I think they know that it's a small thing and he really went the extra mile. He lubricated the whole day and all the chains and everything. He performed a little PM so it was okay.

I called the vendor and left a message which was returned within a day or so. We scheduled a time for the tech to come out. Nornan showed up on time and worked wonders in about 20 minutes. The doors gears were lubricated with silicone spray and after an adjustment to the manual lever my door was working perfectly. Norman took time to explain what he was doing and how I can care for my door by lubricating gears monthly. I also learned from the owner that I should get a time up every 2 years. I will do that and will continue to use this great company.

Amazing! The owner Smitty was very communicative with me and on top of things. They came when they said they would. They did not try to oversell me on anything. They made the process extremely easy. The door is perfect. The price was exactly what they quoted me. They are very honest, reliable and flexible to work with your schedule as far as any appointment or installation. I know there are a lot of companies that you can work with but if you are reading this than look no further and cell them. I do not usually write reviews but made sure I did for this one because they are that good!

The tech showed up on time, was friendly, and did an excellent job replacing the hinge, diagnosing the problem with the garage motor, and performing other maintenance. The door is working perfect now. The door rolls smoother and makes less noise. This was not my first time using Act Sys Door Systems and I keep calling them because they have always been reliable.

Everything went smoothly, Perfect actually. I was given an estimate, they were prompt on all appointments and the workers were very friendly and helpful in showing me all the functions.

The installment was done at MY convenience, and they showed up on time, actually early. Being prompt is something that is very tough to do for the average person in south Florida.
