USED THIS PROVIDER THE FIRST TIME I NEEDED GARAGE DOOR WORK. THEY CAME OUT PROMPTLY BUT WHEN IT WASNT WORKING PROPERLY HE WANTED ME TO READ THE MANUEL AND FIX IT MYSELF. WHEN I COULDNT FIX IT AFTER ALOT OF ATTEMPTS HE FINALLY SENT HIS MAN TO FIX IT. WHEN I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY OTHER GARAGE DOOR I CALLED THEM BACK. THREE WEEKS LATER HE CALLED ME AFTER I HAD SEARS DO IT MUCH CHEAPER AND BETTER. IF YOU LIVE IN THE KEYS TRY SEARS.

Great, painless. Called 1000 - appointment 1400 hrs. Norman arrived @ 1431 and was finished by 1515. We're happy!

The installer arrived on time, he approached the job with a great deal of care and professionalism. Job was finished as expected, he cleaned up the debris from the job and ensured that the garage door opener was working properly before leaving

I wanted better garage doors. I called Actsys Door Systems Inc to replace them. I wanted to have good strong reinforced garage doors installed due to the hurricanes. We had gotten credit from the state of Florida to install the doors. The gentleman was very honest. When he came he questioned why we wanted to change the doors because they were good doors.

I called at 10am on a Tuesday, and they arrived and finished the job by 2:30pm. The price was great. I was not able to be home for the visit, and they were very accommodating to work with my instructions. The manager was extremely friendly and did not need much information to assist. He explained the repair work, and he left the small broken pieces (because I was not home) to show me what they replaced. It is clear why they do so well on this site. They have a great formula for customer service.

Went well....I was very dissappointed (with myself) to find out it was just oiling and regulat mainainence that needed to be done. Although happy the fix was not more involved or expensive, I was annoyed with myself for not doing the required maintainance myself. The tech who came whose name I forget was very professional and fixed the problem. They responded very quickly to my call for assistance.

I called them for help. They explained over the phone how to fix garage door. They saved me $350 because they are so far away. It's a minumin of $200 to drive to my house so they were nice enough to explain over the phone. I've recommended them to a lot of people.

Norman arrived on time, but only had 1 of the 2 springs needed on his truck. Came back first thing the next morning, replaced the springs in less time than I would have thought necessary, and the whole job cost little more than what it would have cost me to order the springs! It also saved me the trouble of wasting time learning how to do something that (hopefully) I'll never need to do again...

The job was completed and done perfect in less than an hour. I paid the quoted price exactly. The serviceman was professional and told me what he was going to do for the money.

I hit my neighbor's garage door and the door was damaged to a point that it would not open. I needed someone to come as soon as possible as my neighbor needed to get his car out of the garage. First I called the first company that appeared for my area on Google. Big mistake, they did not show up. So I did some research and found Actsys. Smith (the owner) picked up the phone and immediately tried to reach out to his staff to find someone to come see the garage on the same day. They showed up on time (which was only one hour after my initial phone call) and were extremely professional. They were able to make the door open for that day and came back to replace the door a couple days later. I am extremely grateful to the attention and service Smith provided me and to the professionalism of his company.

On May 29th, I got an estimate to replace my garage door from ACTSYS. On June 4th I called Smitty to see if he would still honor the May 29th estimate and he said he would. He then sent me a new copy of the estimate with a considerable price increase. The estimate had gone from $1,299.00 to $1,719.00. I decided not use this company due to this.

Norman arrived precisely on schedule first thing Saturday morning, looked at my creaky old garage doors, told me exactly what needed to be done and how much it would cost (which was a reasonable fee in my view), and then finished up in short order. Both garage doors open smoothly and quietly now. Moreover, Norman explained the history of WD-40 and why it was not a good choice for maintenance lubrication of my doors. I would call ACTSYS again in an instant, though my doors look like they won't need any more repairs for a long time, thankfully!

I am very happy with the work ACTSYS performed. The project completed at my house involved the removal of two ancient wooden garage doors followed by the installation of two Amarr Heritage 3000 impact resistant insulated steel garage doors with LiftMaster 8550 openers. The work took two days to be completed. It started on May 7, finished on May 8, and passed City of Miami Beach Building Department final inspections on May 9 & 11, 2012. The installers that ACTSYS sent over, Joel and Alberto, are very friendly, hard-working, skilled professionals who obviously knew what they were doing from start to finish. The work they completed is flawless. The doors look beautiful and operate perfectly. I have absolutely no complaints...and neither did the inspectors from CMBBD. One other thing I want to mention is that I was happy I was always able to contact someone at ACTSYS. If the owner Smitty wasn't available, then I was able to speak to his assistant Frank. Both of them were always friendly, helpful, knowledgable and able to address whatever concerns I had. In summary, I would definitely hire ACTSYS again, and I would recommend them to my family and friends.

We were replacing the garage door because of homeowners insurance requirements. Norman the sales rep went over the pricing and different kinds of garage doors and openers.We were quite pleased. We ordered one and set up an appointrment for installation. The day they installed Joel and Alejandro were the installers. They arrived on time and worked until the job was finished. They did a superb job of installing the door. I would highly recommend Actsys for anyone lookiing for a garage door and opener. We were very pleased from start to finish.

I called George from ACTSYS DOORS at 2pm spoke with him. He was at my house at 3PM and replaced the spring. I was very impressed with his professional and service.I would gladly use this company again, would highly recommend!!!
