Description of Work: If you only need AccuPro's services once, they do a great job. I would have given them a 5-star review if that had been my only experience with the company. Sean Murphy supplied me with a detailed, user-friendly 44-page report. Thanks to his attention to detail, I backed out of purchasing that condo. Six days later, I called to order another inspection on a different condo, and Robert, the president, wanted to charge me MORE than what I paid for the first inspection. Apparently, within just a few days, his rates went up. Instead of offering me a slight loyalty discount on the rate I paid six days prior, or, at worst, charging me the identical rate, he offered me a slight discount on the new rate, which still totaled more than what I paid for my first inspection. If this isn't an example of poor customer service, I don't know what is. For this reason, I will not use AccuPro again.

Description of Work: Extremely pleased with the service provided. Inspector was already at the property when I arrived and did a very thorough inspection allowing me to oversee the entire process and explained each step in detail. Would definitely use there services again in the future.

Description of Work: Rob came referred from our realtor to inspect our home prior to closing, and he was fantastic! He arrived promptly, was very thorough, and we could tell that he was extremely knowledgeable of potential issues and building codes. Rob took his time to explain all issues noted to us, and he was extremely helpful in giving us an idea about what to expect from a cost perspective and how to prioritize repairs that we would need to make. He came with a thermographic camera to detect leaks and moisture penetration. Based on his findings, he suggested that we perform mold testing on our house (for an additional fee). When the lab results showed the presence of mold, we were able to negotiate down the sales price to cover the cost of remediation. Rob provided a full report in both instances (home inspection and mold testing) that was clear and concise and included the third-party lab results to show the results of mold testing performed. He took a number of my calls after the job was done to clarify and answer any questions I had about inspection issues and next steps. I felt confident proceeding with our home purchase because of his attention to detail. It was a pleasure doing business with Rob, and I would not hesitate to refer him to anyone in need of home inspection or mold testing.
