ABC RAIN GUTTERS

Very Friendly people, but service and workmanship was horrible. Mismatched color of gutters on front of house, gutters not placed at appropriate height compared to roof/facia line. Twisted and then they bent the gutters when asked to change the height instead of removing and reinstalling. Used spray paint for some touch up work and painted our terracotta roof(parts of our roof are now eggshell in color). Also painted part of the hood of my car in the driveway(lucky for me I just waxed the car and the paint did not stick to the car). Just plain lazy workmanship with no attention to detail. Again, very friendly people, just don't let them touch your house!!!!!! I really was expecting more, and I am very upset with the lousy workmanship on the project. Had to come back 3 times to adjust drain spouts in back, no common sense on the installation. Main problem is they install and then they leave and call you as they are driving away from your house and say "we are done".... I recommend if you use them you make sure they do not leave until you are satisfied. Also leaf guard on the back have a gap at the end of about 3/" inch, and that is enough for all the leafs and junk to fall into a gap I have with the neighbors screened in patio, and now I leaves between my house and the neighbor due to their poor attention to detail and workmanship. I had them redo it two times and on the last redo they still left the 3/4" gap. The installed insisted if would be fine and no leaves woud get into the gap--but they did!!! very upset with this company's workmanship. Good luck and I hope this report helps you make a good choice.
