Description of Work: Repaired Medico door knob which would open only when turned in one direction. He found that an internal part was about to fail completely and replaced it.

 + -1 moreThe locksmith arrived on time. I showed him the work I needed done and he started working on the locks right away. He was friendly, polite and efficient. He even gave me 2 additional keys free of charge, just like I had been told on the phone. When he was finishged, he gave me an invoice and I paid him. I asked him for a business card because this is one company I will definitely use again. I highly rcommend them. Like I said before, they are friendly, efficient, professional and punctual.
Description of Work: I needed to have the locks on the front door of a property I own rekeyed, so I first called for an estimate. The man I spoke with was friendly and told me exactly what it would cost to have the work done. He also told me he would include additional keys if I needed them, at no extra cost. I told him I would call back. I wanted to get various estimates. After calling various companies, their price was definitely the best one. A few days later I called back and scheduled an appointment.
