AVOID!! Edwin and his band of thugs are thieves. I, unfortunately, inherited their assignment during a home sale where the previous owner contracted them for a drain field replacement and a new septic line. They often abandoned the project and ultimately ran late by months. During that time, Edwin provided to be a poor communicator, failed inspections (!!), and overcharged us by $600. After reconciling our billing and bringing the discrepancy to Edwin's attention, he admitted an accounting error and agreed to pay us back. Two months later, he decided he was going to retroactively charge us for a job that was never approved, invoiced, or actually performed, and if we wanted the remaining balance, he threatened me by demanding that I visit his office to pick it up in person. During that terrible experience, his tech also managed to flood my entire garage when attempting to remedy a small leak near our washer. Edwin and his team have proven to be irresponsible, negligent, and thoroughly untrustworthy. Stay away!

It took more than a week to get someone to look at the work. I had to call them back when they did not show up for an appointment. The estimate that they gave me was 250% higher than what I paid someone else. The other plumber came the next day after I called them and arrived two hours early. They did a good job and for a nice price that I had expected to pay.

Liete arrived at office (not wearing a Covid-19 mask) and was greeted by an office associate (who was wearing a mask). He tinkered for five minutes and left without replacing gasket, and submitted a bill for $175. I had had no objection with Erwin to our agreed minimum charge of $150. I had also agreed with Erwin to paying more if necessary- i.e. Liete might have had to spend time waiting in line at a plumbing supply if he didn't have the proper size gasket on his truck. He inconvenienced three people, seemed unconcerned about the life and health of one, and why couldn't he have simply said, "I don't want to be bothered with this." The toilet was not cracked and should have been repaired, as agreed.

They were very responsive; they called when they said they would and came out earlier than they promised. I thought the fee was reasonable in relation to the benefit I got for a continuing problem that I had not been able to fix. Their repair time was within an hour.

Everything went well. Only plumber I called that gave an estimate. The work was done well, professional, personable and attentive. Plumbing is expensive but price was very fair. I would call them again.

After my initial F Review. Edwin the owner contacted me and listened to understand what my issue was with my initial review of the company. After explaining the situation and my expectations, he promised to work with me and to make sure I was whole. Two weeks later, he came through as promised and I no longer have a hazardous whole in the backyard of my rental property. I would most definitely work with Edwin and Jasmine in the future. Lee and Edwin were true professionals. They showed up when they promised, performed the necessary tasks and fixed our problems. They did so courteously and professionally. They also left the area better than they found it. I would use them again if necessary.

Perfectly. The technician showed up at the scheduled time and performed the service quickly and cleanly. He was very careful with the sprinkler lines running across the top of the tank, and he explained what he was doing at each step. This is a very professional company.

Edwin and his team did a nice job with our plumbing. Edwin even help me removed a large Yuca tree. I would hire again.

My shower was backing up with sewage due to the main line needing to be cleared. I was happy to be able to get service the same day on a Sunday and get the problem resolved.

The company emailed me and told me that they could do the job for me but they charges $150.00 per hour and they could provide a schedule and time availability, but the price is really outrageous, for $150.00 I could already get a new sink disposal system installed with that price, and minimum work hours for plumbing would be 2 hours, so for a plumbing service with $300.00 I'd say is a ridiculous price to pay.

First they said they were coming one day and never showed up and did not called to inform me. The next day I called and said they would be there by mid day and again did show up but this time they called that they wete going to be late At this time I i cancelled the apointment

Friendly, understood what needed to be done. Showed a photo of a similar job and completed the work in a timely manner. I also had three questions about plumbing and he told me the issue and how to fix it. He didn't try to upsell his services. Very good.

It went very well

Very good. Edwin showed up to my house on time. He performed an evaluation of my main water line going into the city line with a camera and was able to identify damage in same. He then cleared the line with his snake machine.
