+ -1 moreI cannot day enough about AAA locksmith!! Carlos answered quickly and came out quickly! Very professional and verbalized how proud he was of his service. Okay, I most definitely will call them again!!! But, I don’t want so many people using them that they get a big head😁.

Description of Work: After a phone call and sending a photo of the door which needed work, the man showed up with a part which would not fit. He said he would get another part, but never called back and never acquired the part. I only found out when I called them back over a week later. No excuse for the lack of communication.

+ -1 moreIt was very good. I went to the store, spoke to the owner or manager of the actual store, and he was very patient and professional. I asked good questions to figure out what product I was looking for and then proposed alternatives to that product, and what the cost would be and the labor, and how long it will take, and then we proceeded. They showed up exactly on time on the day promised. The price was worth it.

+ -1 moreThey were very nice. I was just asking for information and I found the personnel to be very nice and informative. The price was very reasonable. I liked that they were not in a hurry and they took time to speak with me. The worker that came out was very nice and explained things and different options and what those options would cost. He didn't force any particular option. He explained the options but let me make the decision.
