AAA Glass and Mirror

In mid 2006, neighborhood kids broke a window. I called AAA Glass and Mirror to replace it. It was a double pane window which was part of a set of 8 windows which were installed 30 years ago. AAA worked quickly and the new window looked good for two years. In the third year, it statrted to fog on the inside and is now almost opaque. This is in contrast with the other 7 30 year old panes which are crystal clear. On calling AAA they were willing to make no consessions in repairing the bad window. They did discover that the glass itself is under warranty, but not their labor. The are demanding the full $472 labor that I originally paid the first time it was replaced. This company does not stand by its work, and are not willing to even discuss any concession whatsoever. Their product is obviously defective, and I certainly don't recommend doing business with them.
