We were not at the residence when the service was performed. A family member took care of getting the job done. Mr. Gonzalez performed the work at the time promised and called us in our Maryland home to let us know the work was completed and that we didn't owe him anything more. He was very friendly,courteous and knew his business according to our relative who was at the site. We couldn't be more pleased. Thank you all.

Bought the special from Angie's. Our garage door was squeaky and misaligned. They came saw the door and quickly did a maintenance. Door is like new. He also offered information on getting a hurricane proof door if I was interested. Very punctual and to the point. Would recommend him.

We recently moved into an existing house and I could tell the garage doors had not been serviced in a long time. I read the reviews on AngiesList and thought I found a good company. They also offered a coupon for a garage door tune up and inspection for $49. The normal cost is $90. I purchased the coupon on August 24 and called A-Quality Garage Doors as instructed in the email to set up an appointment. I spoke with Joe I believe. He said he would check his emails to confirm my informatin and call me back. He also said they work on Saturdays (next day) and he would call back with a time. We hung up and then I realized I forgot to tell him I had I had two single garage doors. I called him back and told about the two doors and that he could charge me accordingly if there was extra work involved. No call on Saturday. We had a tropical storm on Sunday and Monday, so I did not expect a call on Monday. I waited Tuesday and into Wednesday afternoon. No call back. I called on Wednesday at about 3pm and I believe it was Joe again. He said "Oh yeah, I was going to call you, but you beat me to it". I asked when he could send someone out to service the doors and he said tomorrow (Thursday) between 11 and 12. We agreed on the appointment. The tech showed up on time and pulls out a can of WD-40 and sprays the tracks. I asked if he would adjust the chains and check the motors and he said there were in good shape. He did not use a ladder and conducted his visual inspection from the ground. He sprayed the tracks and chains with WD-40. That was it, This was a poor experience from beginning to end.

Joe sent one of his workers out as promised on August 3rd and my new door was up and running in about 1.5 hours. The installer cleaned the door after the job and hauled away the old door. It was a very prompt and courteous experience and I am very happy with my new door. Joe returned on Monday to collect payment and took the time to show my wife how the manual locking mechanism works. Joe explains everything, anwers all questions, returns all calls, advises if he is running late, etc. A-Quality is a professionally run business and a testament to why I use Angie's List. My overall experience from start to finish was first rate, Joe is a pleasure to deal with.

My experience was very good. He was totally the best. From all of the people that I was talking to, he was so good. He did a good job and I thought that the price was very good. He was very responsive; first he came to see what he needed and the following day he came immediately to do the job.

They were very good, they had got stuck in traffic but they called to ask if I was ok with them coming later, they were very accommodating and worked with my schedule. Pricing was good also because I had talked to them about replacing my garage door also. I need to have it replaced so I was getting some information and they were able to answer questions about that too. Like what we needed and general cost. They even came after 7pm after hours so they were very accommodating and helpful. I am thinking about having them replace my garage door because they just gave me general information on it.

I liked that he spoke Spanish. He gave me good advice. He explained what he did and how I could do this myself to save money.

My wife was finding it diffecult to open the door (heavy) they came and lube and adjusted and now it is perfect!

Angies List was offering a special deal for this company. Therefore, I requested this company's service. An appointment was made for a Saturday...he never showed. I received a call that night at 9:30 P. M. The owner stated he had to take his wife to the hospital and didn't have my phone number with him. {That's a joke!!} I don't believe him at all since he wanted to make an appointment the next day (Sunday). I told him no way. It's quite obvious he overbooked his scheduling on Saturday. Shame on him!!!

Overall, the service was perfect. The guy showed up on time and on the day we agreed. He did an excellent job.

Called and talked to Joe - set an appointment and he was right on time for the estimate. Little more than I expected to pay but he sounded professional. Agreed to job and Joe asked me to get the home owners association approval which took two weeks, then I called him and set date and time to install the door. His installers were right on time and did a very professional job. The door is a very strong one. They cleaned up after themselves and took away the old door and trash. I am happy with the results. I would recommend to others.

The service was exeptional! He came out immediately and serviced both my doors. He has recommended they be replaced as they are not Dade County approved and I will be using this company when I am ready.

The regular price for the inspection was $99.00. At first I was hesitant to buy it since it was only a $50.00 savings. Since that would be the same as throwing away $50.00 for something that I needed, I bought it. Now, after the service was completed I am really glad that I bought the big deal. They came on a Saturday, which was great. The technician explained how to open my door manually; it was not until later that I realized that I didn't know how. Duh! It never occurred to me that I really, really needed to know this, especially living in Florida when the summer brings storms and frequent power outages! He tightened the springs, and oiled all hinges and both tracks. He also showed how to "test" to see if the door needed attention BEFORE it would need costly repair. That tip alone was worth the $49.00! I am a frequent purchaser of Angie's Big Deals and this was one of the best.

Called company, set up a date and time. An estimate was given. They came exactly when they said they would, which is rare for Miami,and the cost was exactly what they said it would be. The man had the door fixed in less than 30 minutes and cleaned up also. He lubricated the rollers and the door is better than before. I would definately use them again. There were no surprises.

We would recommend them. They were responsive, efficient and very helpful.

I HAD TO CALL THEM ON THE WEEKEND AND THEY CAME RIGHT OUT. THEY WERE QUICK AT GETTING THE JOB DONE. THEY WERE POLITE TO ME AND SHOWED ME RESPECT. I WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
