I had call several companies based on Angie's list recommendations. I was quoted a budget by phone, but Joe came as soon as I called him, looked at the problems, showed me what was the cause, repaired and adjusted the doors and hardware in half an hour. His billing was reasonable

The service went well, we were satisfied. He was quick,prompt, affordable, and got the job done.

Really honest and upfront about everything and explained to me what the product was and was pretty friendly.

Spoke to Joe on Sunday and he helped me figure out how to lock the garage door so i could avoid an emergency charge. Joe called early this morning & Mike was here by 8am. Within 5 minutes he identified the problem, fixed it and checked out the rest of the door/Genie to ensure smooth running. Mike & Joe were very professional, knowledgeable, responsive & pleasant! This was my day to be dumb & I broke our garage door at 5 PM on Friday night trying to replace the bottom roller and by 6:30 Mike the technician was there working the problem. It was fixed in a timely manner and I am grateful for the service and professionalism given. I could not have asked for more! If you have an emergency then this is your guy! Highly recommended 5 Stars!

Replace broken spring. Coincidentally(???) two weeks after repair garage door started making h*** of a noise when opening and closing. Jose told me to spray the springs. When that did not help, they came back and charged me another 89 $ to fix where the connector from the garage door opener to the garage door had cracked. I told the repair guy, I do not believe in coincidences. To me when you repair something and something else breaks they are related. I would not use them again.

On the garage doors, they were listed on the top of the scale as far as Angie's List was concerned and that was the determining factor. I'm not completely through dealing with them but at this point, I would rate them five star. Their pricing would be average, not high but not low. They were prompt in keeping their appointments and were on time. They did the work quite satisfactorily so I was very satisfied with the quality of the work and the product itself.

Everything done to my satisfaction. Small glitch with the door and my floor requiring additional work for the door to fully close. Joe sent Mike on a Saturday and they took care of it with minimal inconvenience. Over all a very positive experience. Only complaint is that I never received doc for insurance company showing door is approved by county. I performed mitigation without a hitch but they should have provided docs as requested.

All aspects went very well. Joe was very responsive by phone. He was punctual for the initial appointment and his estimate was quite reasonable. I asked if the installation could begin first thing in the morning so I could get to work. The installers were at my house by 7:30am. They were done before 10am. During the installation, a supervisor came to the house to make sure everything was going as planned and to process the payment by credit card. This was a very good experience.

That was a great experience. They came. They did a good job. They did it for the price that was advertised, and it was awesome. It was broken, and I thought it would cost me a lot more, and I was thrilled that it only cost me the amount of whatever my deal was. They fixed it quickly, and it has been fixed every since. So, that was really wonderful. The price was good.

Joe was very competive in pricing and very service oriented. There were no problems with the installation. He is a great guy and so are the people who work for him. I would definitely recommend him.

I bought a house with a pair of poorly balanced garage doors. It wasn't apparent until I tried to detach the door from the motor and lift. I contacted Joe who sent over Mike at no purchase obligation to inspect. Mike determined the root cause of the problem, we kicked around some options, and jointly decided to research it and address later (doors were functional). I followed up about a week later, and Joe came over to inspect this time. Mike and I were prepared to tear a hole in the drop ceiling to extend existing springs, but Joe found and alternative short spring style that wasn't as invasive of a fix. Mike installed the springs the next day and the doors are now much safer and easier on the motors.

Need to reprogram the garage door after old tenants left with the garage door openers. Call A-!, and he scheduled it same day. He even waited for the painter who had stepped out for lunch to return. He completed the work right there on the spot and done. The whole transaction was done over the phone.

They came in pretty quickly and got the done correctly, they were here about 1 hour, I would recommend them and use them again.

We were having trouble with both our garage doors. One was not closing completely, and the other had to be closed by pushing the button the whole time the door was closing. The technician came promptly and fixed both doors so they now work perfectly.

OUTSTANDING! Mike came out to my house almost immediately after I called. He replaced the spring, lubricated and balanced the door. These folks really know what they are doing, and genuinely care! These people are my garage guys! Mike is a SUPER person!!!! Thanks so much.

It was just a quick inspection that he did. There wasn't anything else to do. He was okay. He was just rushing to leave because he can't see anything wrong. He was just here 5 minutes so I can't tell you much. The price was okay.

Garage door closed improperly, so husband decided to fix it. After much hammering and many choice words, he gave up and I called A Quality Garage Doors the following day. By this time, the door was skewed and seriously banged up. Mike arrived within a half hour of my call and did a great job. I would call this company again in a heartbeat.

They were wonderful. It was great. They showed up on time when they said they would. They were very customer oriented.

I bought this Tune Up service through Angie's list but was told there was nothing that could be done (my garage door is the original from 1949!) I was given an estimate for replacement which people have told mewas extremely reasonable. So when I am ready to replace I will call A-Quality Garage Doors Inc again.

Joe is a very nice guy. It did take a couple tries to coordinate scheduling but he does a great job and gets it done right. I have a three year warranty and he even applied a sticker on the inside of our garage with his contact info should anything require repair. Happy customers we are!
