They were very good. After the sale was made they provided the information to the insurance companies to get the best possible rate. I was very pleased with the service. They are very professional. The price was fair and I received more service than what I paid for.
Description of Work: They did an evaluation of my home before buying it. They did have to come to the home a couple of extra times to get more information for all the parties involved and they did that at no extra charge.

Overall, I was very satisfied with this company. He was at the house when I arrived this morning and he was checking out the outside for any defects. Once I arrived he got on the roof to check for anything that might need repair/replacing. Then we went into the house and he did a complete inspection of all the electrical outlets, kitchen appliances, bathrooms, as well as electrical circuit board, washer/dryer and AC & water heater. He also checked for moisture in the walls. Everything was determined to be in good condition. I was really impressed with his professionalism and would highly recommend him to anyone.
Description of Work: He arrived on time and did a complete inspection of the home inside as well as outside including the roof. He also did a termite inspection. He answered all the questions I asked to my complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
