I contacted A Kool for new installation. They did the installation for me and I am very happy with the serviced I received. I spoke with Marianne at the office whom was very helpful and gave me a very good price. Not only did I have them install the ac but they also did my insulation right after. The entire staff is great and so professional. I highly recommend!!!

I called on 06/24 and scheduled a visit, a lady called Miriam set it to the next day between 9am and 10am and that Mr. Polo o Mr. Stokcy were the persons who would be coming to my house , on the day of the appointment after waiting for about 50 minutes I called and talked to Miriam again, she told me that she was alone in the office, taking care of an email and 3 phone lines, and that she couldn't call the clients to let them know that the appointment was not going to be met, that the technicians would call me, ,i waited for 20 more minutes and called her for a 3erd time, she apologized and told me the guys would be in my house in 20 minutes, after a 50 minutes wait I left to my work, TWO HOURS LATE, then I got a call from the technician apologizing and telling me he was 5 minutes from my house.. I told him I couldn't wait and I left.....
