They came on time, and did a good job.

This is a follow-up to my previous (negative) review: Charles called me and explained the reason that they hadn't gotten back to me earlier. He then gave me a quick appointment to come over and fix it - at the appointed day/time Charles took the locks apart and examined why they were gradually loosening - he replaced some of the screws with larger ones and used 'lock-tight" (sp?) on them. Within half an hour they were holding pretty well and by the next morning they were fine. Charles was pleasant and very efficient while he was here, and I would have no hesitation to call them 1st whenever I have lock problems again. BTW, there was no charge at all for the 2nd visit.

THE JOB WENT WELL. A WEEK LATER MY HUSBAND LOCKED US PUT THINKING I WASOUTSIDE. THIS WAS ABOUT 6:30 PM. SINCE WE HAVE BEEN ROBBED, I DO NOT LEAVE A HIDDEN KEY OUTSIDE. I WENT TO A NEIGHBOR AND CALLED THE LOCKSMITH. HE TOLD ME THE MAN WAS GONE FOR THE DAY. I EXPLAINED THAT I HAD JUST PAID $658.00TO HAVE THEM DO THIS WORK. HE SAID THEY DO NOT PROVIDE LOCKOUT SERVICES NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS. WARN YOUR CUSTOMERS, DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM . MANY OTHER HAVE LOCK PUT SERVICES. SHIRLEY GUYTON

I was impressed from the moment I received a call from A-Able Locksmith. I met with Cesar who was punctual, very patient with my needs and utmost professional with all worked performed. He and his co-worker who's name I did not obtain proved to me that good quality service still exists in Miami. I must have asked Cesar over 15 questions and also asked him to do additional work and not once was I given an attitude. No matter what the request, he responded with a smile and gave me full details of the plan of action. It is individuals like Cesar that truly make an impact in today's business world. All I can say is THANK YOU, A-Able. You are one of the best I have dealt with in a very long time.

I called this company on Friday and left a message which they promptly responded to and scheduled to come out that same afternoon. They didn't make it until the evening as they were very busy but once thy arrived, I explained to Cesar that I needed the lock fixed on the door of my gate. Since there are 2 doors on either end of the house both using the same key I explained that I wanted to be able to use my same existing key for both doors. Well what he didn't tell me was that it would cost more to do it that way because when the job was completed I was presented with a bill for $164.78!!! When I voiced my complaint on the price he gave me a $10 discount for belonging to Angie's list but I still told him that seemed a bit expensive to which his response was that it cost more to do it the way I had requested (he should have explained that prior to starting the job which he performed in less than 30 mins) Would I use them again or recommend them to friends? Probably not. The lack of communication is what irked me and it seemed a bit pricey but the next time I ever have work done I will ask about the price upfront.

I found my key minutes after I contacted the business... Even though I had looked for 30 minutes for the key before calling.

Fantastic job. Prompt service, showed up on time, fair price, and an excellent attitude. Took about an hour and every lock turned better than before due to Jason performing basic maintenance on each lock.

Jason responded promptly after being called. He installed the locks quickly and efficiently. He answered any and all questions that were posed to him by myself and my wife. After making all the repairs, he cleaned all wood shavings and other debris that were present. All doors were tested to our satisfaction prior to his departure.

Excellent service and I would highly recommend. Locksmith got the keys and card for a do not duplicate door lock.

After calling multiple mobile locksmiths, I found A-Able via Angie's List. I spoke to Jason over the phone and he quoted me half less than his next competitor. Yes, I had to go to him, but he was right around the corner and I wasn't going to pay double for the convenience of mobile. I can't believe how much those guys charge. Great prices and I will definitely recommend Jason and his guys to everyone!! Thanks

Fantastic customer service. Jason arrived on time and was able to get the job done quickly (even though one of the deadbolts was not cooperating). I highly recommend A-Able Locksmith.

They showed up within an hour of the phone call. He was quick, friendly and professional. Honored the advertised 10% discounting off the service call charge, (which was $50), given by being an Angie's List subscriber. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing a locksmith.

After 40 years, the lock on our sliding glass patio door had fallen apart. They did a super good job. I was very pleased with everything that they did. Caesar was our technician, and he was super nice. He cleaned up afterwards. He went and got a broom and cleaned up everything. He was running a little late, but did call to keep me informed of his eta. My son even asked him a question about one of his door/locks, at his home, and Caesar offered him good information and he's going to use him as well. My wife was also very impressed with him.

They were very friendly and professional on the phone. Jason called me and let me know what time they were going to be there. They were very professionally dressed, knew what they were doing and was quick . Everything was cleaned up when they were gone, which was great.

Cesar was the service man, he was extremely professional efficient and prompt. He explained everything he was doing made recommendations when needed. Overall experience was very positive. I will definitely use this company in the future.

Great! Charles was such a pleasure. He was very nice and did a perfect job replacing my hardware. I will definitely be using him again. He knows what he is doing and he even brings a broom to clean up afterward! I loved it. A man who cleans up after his mess! Now that's service :-p overall great job.

Hardware was wrong specification but he was able to adjust and resolve issues easily. Very professional. Kept me updated as to arrival time, Jason is very nice and so was his aide.

Very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, promptness. Reasonable priced and efficient, did not take longer than needed. He was courteous and was real pleasure and definetly would highly recommend. I will use him in the future.

He was honest in that he did not try to sell us new locks we didn't need.

The pricing he gave me was different on the phone versus when he came out. He charged an extra $25 when he got there for drilling a deadbolt, so he didn't give me any breakdown. It wasn't clear how much the charge was that included everything. He didn't show up on time or call back until an hour and a half later. He said he was going to be there at 3 pm and couldn't make it until 5 pm. He did apologize though. he didn't respect the 10% Angie's List discount that was outlined in the catalog, he only gave me 6%. He wasn't really concerned about Angie's List, it didn't seem he cared about the service or was worried about the face that he's on the list. He did everything as asked and overall it was a good service.

When called, was able to set up an appointment for the next day, which was a Saturday. Cesar was the person who came was punctual, professional and knew exactly what I needed. I am very satisfied with the job done and recommend this provider very highly.
