Born and raised in Miami, Brad has been in business for 25-plus-years. I have used Brad for about 15 years now for various jobs ? large and small. I believe he treats his customers the way he wants to be treated. This means fair prices, punctual service, a courteous and helpful attitude and professional installations and spotless work. Most importantly, as a Miami local, Brad has seen every possible breach in security and has taken the time to point out and discuss with me potential safety issues at my home and office. Brad honestly cares about the protection and safety of his customers which makes him a truly stellar locksmith.
Description of Work: Installed deadbolts, mortise locks, Medeco high security locks, re-keyed cylinders and installed auxiliary sliding glass door locks.

+ -1 moreHe comes right away, that same day, explains my options as well as costs, and performs the work very conscientiously. Never a problem with the quality of his locks or workmanship. He speaks English which is also important becasue I do not peak Spanish.
Description of Work: I don't know his address because he has always had to come to the house. Brad is the owner and I have used him for over 20 years. I found him because my house was broken into and the police suggested a Medco lock and at the time (20 years ago) he was the only major Medco locksmith. He has both installed and broken into my house (when my children lost their keys) very competently and professionally.
