They did a great job. They arrived on time and finished ahead of schedule. The entire crew was a pleasure to have around my home. They only took 2 days to finish the job. They would arrive around 8 AM and go straight to work. They worked hard all day long, taking very few breaks.

I called them to fix a broken window in my house. I got someone on the phone right away, was told that someone would be over between 9 and 10 a.m. the next day and that they would call between 8:30 and 9 a.m. to confirm. The following day, by 9:10 a.m., with no confirmation call, I called them. Spoke to someone other than the person I'd spoken to the afternoon before who seemed not to know anything about the job. I explained what I needed again, told them I needed someone to come out before 1:00 p.m. (the window was in my one-year-old's bedroom and he naps at 1:30 p.m.). I was told that someone would come over by 11 a.m. I told my nanny to wait, and I went to work. My nanny called me at 11:30 a.m. to tell me that no one had showed up. I had her call (she is bilingual) and was assured that someone would be right out. No one ever came. No one ever called.

THEY RESPONDED THE SAME NIGHT THAT I HAD CALLED THEM TO COME REPLACE A WINDOW SOME KIDS BROKE. WHEN THEY SHOWED UP TO REPLACE THE BROKEN WINDOW IT ONLY TOOK THEM TWENTY MINUTES TO FIX IT.
