Description of Work: At Your Service helped us keep our old a/c condenser unit "alive" throughout most of the summer, warning us that it was on its last legs. Of course, wouldn't you know, it finally died LATE on a Saturday night! We put a call in, and the next day Rob was working on getting us a new one. He had it installed, on a new slab, by Monday morning. He did a great job for us, and he'll be the first one we call when or if we ever need more work....we're thinking of having him install a new digital thermostat in our old house. He says it may save us money in the long run.

+ -1 moreThey came out to my house pretty quickly. They did a nice job getting my air conditioner back up and running again. I really don't have any complaints about them.
Description of Work: I had an electrical problem with the compressor for my air conditioning unit and they were able to fix it. My home is about 2,000 square feet.

+ -1 moreGreat. The person in the office is very friendly and helpful. Their arrival was less than punctual, but reasonable. The technicians were great. They were very knowledgeable and suggested solutions to our concerns (bedroom was too hot). The installation of the vent was fast and painless for us. They did have to come back a second day due to not having the proper equipment to install the vent initially--but this was a maintenance call to start. The scheduling of the vent installation was done at that time.
Description of Work: General maintenance of an old unit; creation of a new vent in the master bedroom.

+ -1 moreWe had an appointment, but they never made it out. They told me the truck was at the shop and they would call me back, but they never did. I tried calling them 3 times, and then gave up and went to someone else.
Description of Work: I called them to come out and do some emergency repair work

+ -1 moreI WAS SATISFIED BY THIS COMPANY. THEY ARRIVED LATER THAN THEY SAID THEY WOULD TO FIX THE AIR CONDITIONER. THE TASK WAS DONE QUICKLY AND WE HAVE HAD NO FURTHER PROBLEMS WITH IT.
Description of Work: THEY PUT IN A NEW FAN MOTOR FOR THE AIR CONDITIONER.

+ -1 moreTHEY ARE VERY CHEAP. FIFTY DOLLARS GETS THEM TO COME OUT. THEY ARE VERY NICE PEOPLE. THEY COME OUT THE SAME DAY OR THE NEXT DAY. THEY ARE VERY GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO.
Description of Work: THEY SERVICED BOTH OF MY AC UNITS THAT I HAD PURCHASED FROM THEM.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE SLOW GETTING HERE TO REPAIR THE AIR CONDITIONER. THEY DID DO A GOOD JOB OF REPAIRING IT. THE PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE. THEY LEFT NO KIND OF MESS FOR US TO CLEAN UP.
Description of Work: THEY REPAIRED A FREON LEAK AND RECHARGED THE AC UNIT.
