+ -1 moreGreat!!! I would recommend this company to anyone with roof problems.
Description of Work: In November of 2002, this company put a new roof on my house. I called them last night and they were here first thing in the morning. They fixed the roof leaks around the chimney and check for others. It took about 1 hour. When I asked how much the bill was, I was told there was no charge. That the roof was still under warantee. After over 8 1/2 years I figured they would have made some excuse to charge me but they didn't.

+ -1 moreIt's a very steep roof so they had to get people that specialize in steep roofs to work on my home. They did great work and once they got started they didn't stop. They cleaned up well and I'd recommend them to anyone!

+ -1 moreThe workers were very sloppy. There were tar all over my yard and even on our dog. They failed to pick up the garbage and I found myself having to pay extra money to a gardener to pick up the garbage on our yard. We felt they were not were not straightforward with us.
Description of Work: After the hurricanes in 2005, A 1 Duran Roofing came by and gave us an estimate to redo our roof. They took a deposit of $4000 but didn't start the work until months later. They failed to obtain the permit on time and we had to wait for the tile color we had chosen because they didn't have it in stock after they said they did. There was wood that needed to be replaced and the entire roof needed to be brought up to code. They didn't do it until we pointed it out and the whole roof was already covered with the black paper ready to put the tiles. They had to undo everything they had done. They took over 5 months to finish the job.

+ -1 moreI THOUGHT THAT THE BID THAT THEY GAVE WAS VERY COMPETITIVE. THEY ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS THAT I HAD ABOUT THE WORK THEY WERE DOING. THEY CLEANED UP ALL THE SHINGLES THAT WERE IN MY YARD. MY ROOF TURNED OUT JUST GREAT.
Description of Work: THEY CAME OUT AND REPLACED THE ROOF ON MY HOUSE.

+ -1 moreI SHOPPED AROUND GOT SEVERAL ESTIMATES BEFORE CHOOSING THIS ONE. THEY WERE BY FAR THE BEST COMPANY. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THE PRICE WAS WELL WORTH IT. I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED THEM TO SEVERAL PEOPLE.
