+ -1 moreThey made me pay a repair that later was proved unnecessary, as the job was not related at all to the issue, as it has been obvious afterwards. On top of that, while repairing they messed up the electrical wiring in this part of the house and did not do anything about it. I had this company since 2006, but it failed to be trustful and honest as soon as an issue presented itself. they should have given something in exchange of a $290 unnecessary repair, for example a free maintenance visit. But nothing, and I was left with the electricity problem they caused on top of the initial issue that they completely failed to address. I completely blacklisted this company.
Description of Work: They came to check a roof packaged unit that was leaking.

+ -1 moreI hve used them many time. The technicians are polite and professional. They are able to schedule service calls quickly and are always prompt. They have been telling me for quite a few years that I need a new air conditioner but always manage to fix it for one more year, The unit is over 20 years old.
Description of Work: They have repaired my 20 year old air conditioner for many years. I have been very satisfied with them.

+ -1 moreThey are a new company. He did good work and gave me a very fair price. He was very reasonable. I had got another bid for $3800 while he gave it to me for $3000. He was very professional and courteous, and did a really nice job.

+ -1 moreIt went extremely well. Problem was identified and solved in what I thought was a very expeditious manner and amount of time!
Description of Work: Inspected unit, found problem--broken fan motor. Gave me an estimate of what repair would cost. Did not have part in truck, so drove to store to pick up. Replaced, checked both units even though only one was broken, serviced both. The repairman was informative, professional, punctual and courteous. Would recommend A-1 to anyone, and would not hesitate to call them back.
