the worst experience ever Scammers ! Overpriced and overcharged

This company does not value clients... DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! EXTREMELY HIGH PRICES (Example: $100 for 1st lbs of freeon and $80 per lbs thereafter) I've had an ongoing warranty issue and they seem to not have care in the world that I have been without AC for the past 5 days in the middle of summer in Miami. My initial service call was to repair a faulty AC for a condo we had just purchased. They were recommended to me by a general contractor I had work with in the past, so called them. When scheduling a call, they advised me that they would be offering a discount when the service technician arrived. The technician came about an hour late, but came, and diagnosed the problem. He advised the system was completely empty of R22 refrigerant and that we needed to add approximately 4.5 lbs of freeon. I asked how much this would approximately $355 plus the $50 service call charge. I advised him that we were told we would be given a discount and after an on going CALL DISPUTE back and forth they offered a $30 discount. In the end I paid $384 to have this repaired. The unit worked fine for about 3 weeks at which point we started to notice warmer air out of the vents. We called the company and asked to assist and they advised they would send a technician over but this would still be charged. After a long CALL DISPUTE over the phone they advised they would this would be considered a warranty call. When the technician came he checked for leaks and asked what service had been performed in the past. He advised that he found it odd that this unit required 4.5 lbs of freeon and the technician did not check for leaks. He advised that there must be a leak but after checking he was unable to locate one. He did not however check the freeon levels in the unit. On his way out he wrote up an invoice for $130 for a leak check. I advised him that we were told this was a warranty call and that we were told this would be included. After an on going CALL DISPUTE they advised they would "waive" this leak check cost and the technician left even though the air temperature was not as cool as it should be. We finally decided to call them the following day because the air was finally so poor it was actually beginning to heat the house instead of cooling it. They again advised that if they sent a technician we would be charged. After a LONG CALL DISPUTE they agreed to have a technician on site the following day between the hours of 8-9AM. The time is now 12:00PM and I've been living in a condo in the middle of summer without AC for almost a week and they seem to think this is a joke. In speaking with Annette at 305-653-5858 she advised they had a meeting in the morning and this was the reason for the technicians delay. I explained my frustration and there was only silence on her part, as if not to worry her one bit we were overheating! I am now at the point were we will have to call another company, which was referred to us by a close friend to have the unit serviced and repaired. This AC contractor advised that we were definitely RIPPED OFF on the freeon for which we paid almost $90 a lbs for. He advised his fee would be $50 for the 1st lbs and $20 per lbs there after. I will keep you posted as soon as I find out what the cause was, but please WHATEVER your do DO NOT use these guys! This has got to be the worst AC company in the US.
