Steve was extremely professional, punctual, and was very helpful in explaining the workings of the "touch" kitchen faucet in case a minor problem arose. I have used Orr Plumbing many times in the past, and I find it is an excellent company that truly cares about its customers. Thank you.

Fernando was on time ( actually early), professional, neat, and knowledge. I would say the area was cleaner after he left then before. He came originally to look at the job. He gave me some cost saving ideas what needed to be done and some that just needed to be done if I wanted it to be done the correct way. The job took all day. Fernando does not try to cut corners to finish quicker. He does it the correct way. Which might be a bit more expensive but you pay for quality work. I would most definitely recommend this company. I did have a small leak once the job was complete and he came back the day I called and took care of it. No hassle at all. The office personal are friendly and keep you informed.

Yuri, the plumber tried to fix the old faucet to no avail. He explained everything as to why it needed replacement which we agreed to and he returned with the new faucet and did the work. Yuri was very professional and courteous and was always careful to keep our house clean. We are very satisfied with his work.

Plumbing company called to confirm, technician was knowledgeable, diligent, and did not waste anytime. Repair took the day because the bathtub drain was leaking into the garage of the condo association. This company is also used by the condo association. Great work would recommend.

We had a clogged toilet ever since we moved into our house 10 months ago. Another plumbing company came out and said we needed a new toilet, which they installed. This did not fix the problem. Then they wrote up an estimate to dig under our house to replace part of a pipe ($4700). We called Douglas Orr for another opinion. The plumber came out the next day (he was even early!) and was able to diagnose and fix the problem as well as soup up the new toilet so that we had an unclogged pipe and a toilet with a powerful flush. Very pleased. Turns out the flange was broken and down the pipe, which was what was causing the problem. Prompt, helpful, courteous service. Will definitely use again.

Provider arrived 10 minutes early for a 7am appointment. Provider --Mr. Luis Rojas was truly professional, knowledgeable, very intent in determining the source of the problem and, most importantly solving the problem. He discussed short term solutions and long term options. The problem was solved and remedied quickly, efficiently and, for the present completely. At every step, I understood the situation and what options we could choose to solve the problem. Mr. Rojas was very respectful and very clear by describing the options and how we might address our problem. The problem was solved -remedied--within two hours. This was a very positive outcome for us. The process was smooth from start to finish because of the good work of Mr. Rojas.

My kitchen sink clogged during the weekend. I found these guys on Monday and scheduled an appointment. I called them to confirm the appointment for NEXT DAY at 7AM and they said yes !! AMAZING. They came 32 minutes late, which wasn't a big deal given they just came one day after I called them. Super professional service, clean, explained me everything, well equipped. Only comments is they charge for the use of the motor to unclog, 30 bucks, not much but I would like to know in advance. Other than that, it seemed to me, great service, professional, relatively cheap, great response time, VERY RECOMMENDABLE.

He was taking all his time, i am still having issues with the toilet and they only give you a 30 day guaranty. So I have to look for another plumber. What they charged was ridiculous for what had to be done. I personally felt that they were taking their time since they charge by the hour. I will never take this company again, not happy at all and way over priced.

It was good experience overall.

AWFUL! I have used Angie's list multiple times and overall have been very satisfied with all previous encounters. However, today was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Scheduling: I scheduled an appointment for this particular day because I had a day off from work. I was told they would arrive between 12 and 4 PM and would be getting a call 30 minutes prior to confirm. They never called... turns out they scheduled me for a different day. They tried to ameliorate this by sending an on call plumber. That was nice, but the plumber was not. Pricing: The ad states $132 for the first hour of plumbing services (that's with a 10% Angie's list discount), And then $50 for every half hour after that. Needless to say, the plumber started rambling and repeating himself multiple times which I feel was to extend the duration of his stay. I did not want to be rude, but had to push him to do the job. He arrived at 4:05 PM and completed his service at approximately 5:25 PM. That is one hour and 20 minutes of plumbing services which would total approximately $182. He charged me for two hours. When I tried to discuss the discrepancy, he raised his voice and stated "I SAID TWO HOURS!." it turns out that that dispatch time to arrival to my house is part of the first hour and the consumer is responsible for any traffic delaying his arrival. Service: I called initially because my filtered water faucet was leaking. In a couple of minutes he said, you need a new faucet. I had mentioned that this filtration system was one year old and it did not make sense that I needed a new faucet this soon. I googled the Premier filtration system and it turns out that the problem could have been easily remedied by just unclogging ONE tube. I googled the video on how to do this and the problem was fixed within five minutes. I also had some clogging in my washing machine pipes. He used a "snake" successfully. Turns out however, that if he has to use any tools or in this case a "snake" there is an additional $30 fee. The total bill was $255 which I found outrageous. Needless to say I am very dissatisfied with my service and will not recommend this company to anybody.

Great job! Eddie had an excellent attitude, even when he was rejected twice at the entrance for lack of parking. He found parking 2 blocks away and brought all tools and materials - no complaints. Fixed the issue, provided advice and even though it was not the most glamorous job, he showed not only good technical abilities but an excellent mood, enjoying to do a good job.

I contracted to have a KitchenAid dishwasher. I had the same model installed recently at another house by a different service professional. On this occasion, the installation took 3 hours, about twice as long as my prior installation, and cost about $125 more. And the installer arrived two hours late, outside of what already was a three hour service window.

Good Service and advice. Workers are friendly and help you with the solution to the problem.

Very easy to setup appointment. They coordinated with Building to turn off water. The guy was on time, very nice. Did the work quickly and efficiently, tested everything, etc. Charged me $6 for the value (which cost $7 at home depot). Very professional, highly recommended.

This went ok. The dish washer is still leaking. The worker was fine. It was leaking under the sink and now it is leaking under the dish washer.

Called on a Tuesday, the guy showed up Tuesday at 4pm and installed the shower fixtures. Nice job. They're not cheap but you get what you pay for. Have used other plumbers whose servicemen were not the sharpest knives in the drawer, this guy was great. In and out.

He was punctual and helpful with extra ideas and ways to help me maintain things in good order.

I called in the morning to get a quote to replace about 50 ft of galvanized steel from the water meter to my house and to replace the shutoff spicket that you can close or open the water going to the house. I explained everything from the size of existing pipe and footage, etc. I was told I would get a call back and that it was mandatory I give an email address so the quote can be emailed. I provided all. I get a call back within the hour telling me they need to send someone to the house to quote the job and that there is a service charge to quote the job. UNBELIEVABLE !!! Service charge for a quote !! At that point I asked the woman to give me a verbal 'guestimate' that I would not hold her to just to give me a rough idea of what the numbers would be. I had no idea if we were talking hundreds or thousands of dollars. No cooperation what so ever. Will never user.
