The plumber was about two hours late for the first appointment; however the office called with a perfectly good reason for the delay and called again when the plumber was on the way. The second appointment was on time. |For both appointments the plumber was friendly and professional, did quality work, and cleaned up after himself. The office staff was also friendly and professional. |The price was competitive, and the 10% discount for Angie's List members was appreciated. |

Description of Work: I had sewage coming up in both my master bath shower and guest bath tub. Steve came out and snaked the lines until he got the clog. He was persistent and responsible. He double checked to make sure the clog was really clear. He was also very friendly.

Description of Work: Well after seeing Angie's list commercial and not being able to find someone else recommendation I finally decided to give Angie list a try. Call made an appointment and the repairman showed up on time and did a very good job diagnosing my problem with my new toilet that was just install a few months ago. Fix the problem and advise me why the new toilet install failed. Previous installer did a poor job on the install. Corrected the problems and advise me not to use it for 24 hrs. I'm very happy with the price and work and believe the cost was fair. I will defiantly use them again and I'm a very satisfied customer.

Description of Work: Spoke to them on 6/10 of our problem. They came up shortly afterwards--did an evaluation for 2 shower replacements and we never heard from them again. Tried calling them, but was basically stonewalled. Very disappointed since they were rated A in your list of plumbers.
