Description of Work: Very impressed with Douglas Orr plumbing. Plumber arrived 30(!) minutes early, which was great because I had to leave early as well. Called up just to let me know he was there. Ramiro was great. I had two toilets that would not stop running. Handled it with no problem. Very happy with the service and considering how difficult it is to get a good plumber I am going to stick with them.

Description of Work: The technician arrived at the agreed upon time. He was very polite and professional. My kitchen faucet was leaking. He let me know that it would need to be replaced. He did have equipment with him, but it was generic and not what I would have chosen. He let me know that it would take approximately 20-30 minutes to remove all of the pieces under the sink and recommended that I go to the Home Depot which is very close and see if I could find something I liked better. Fortunately, I found exactly what I needed and he was able to install it and repair the problem. I love my new faucet and am thrilled that the leak did no more damage under the sink. His suggestion and expertise helped me tremendously. I would definitely use the company again!

Description of Work: I requested a quote any time after 5 PM Monday through Friday, any time Saturday or Sunday. They said that quotes are given only during office hours only. The job ultimately cost $18,250, their loss.

Description of Work: I had a flood from new dishwasher hose. He replaced and the next day it totally flooded my cabinets. Same thing. Hose. The first flood didn't get any water in the cabinets, the second one did. He should have tested it before he left the first time. I made him test it before he left the next day.

Description of Work: When my water heater started to leak I contacted them for a quote. Imagine my surprise when I was told there would be a charge to come out to my house to quote the job. To make matters worse the charge WOULDN'T be applied to job if I decided to use them. I inquired if they could just quote over the phone if I gave them the specifics of what I wanted (40 gallon gas water heater), once again there would be a charge. Ridiculous!! I ended using a contractor listed by the gas company who applied a rebate to the bill.
