Description of Work: They came out to work on my sink... Had a crappy contractor who left me high and dry on a job and I didn't want to figure out how to connect the sink back up with the washer.... We had a leak which I also couldn't figure out. They were fast and prompt... The gentleman stayed for about 2 hours and taught me a lot while he was here. Will use again for sure

Description of Work: The plumber called to say he was running a little late. He was polite. It seemed to take him a long time to troubleshoot the problem. In the end, he completed 2 of the 3 issues he came out for. However, I asked them to find the faucet he said had a leak, and despite the 2 calls I've placed to them, they still haven't bothered to call me back with the price of the faucet. I told them I would buy the faucet! They haven't followed up. The person I spoke to blamed it on their "suppliers" not getting back to them.

Their office messed up and I had to pay for it. They did not respond to written complaint.

Description of Work: Provider came in on time and gave me a very fair estimate to fix a leak in the upstairs bathroom coming down into the kitchen area from above.before he came the ceiling was already accessible.he replaced all the appropriate parts with labor and then tested it quite a few times to see the end result. I would absolutely call them again.

Had me on the line for close to 30minutes, transferred to 4 different people who didn't have a clue what they were talking about and at the end of the day just flat out denied to want to do any work. No estimate provided, refused to send someone out to do the job. Save yourself time and money, look for someone else.
