Description of Work: Punctual, did excellent job installing disposal and new kitchen faucet I purchased at a home goods store. A piece was missing and I had to do a little running around to the local ace hardware store, though. |

Description of Work: They charged me $437 to come to give me an estimate, but they had to work with another company for some of the work so it took about a week to get the estimate. When I called them, they were not polite at all. They offered a senior discount, but when I asked for it the receptionist told me that I didn't sound old enough to be a senior. I did not received the discount.

Description of Work: The company is good as far as scheduling and service, but was extremely over priced.

Description of Work: Called to replace irrigation submeter, plus repair a leak and change house valve. At first was worried about their model of charging for the site visit and hourly but at the end it is the most fare model. Their price was less expensive that another quote i received. Called 2 other plumbers that never showed up or returned my calls. | |Really happy with the whole experience, from my call to the actual visit and work that was completed. The Plumber arrived 30 min early which was great, very professional and organized. I wish I would have used this company when I did my house remodel. I recommend them.

Description of Work: They replaced the guts in two toilets in my home, one toilet which was running 24/7 and the other looked like a fountain if I lifted the lid. | |The plumber was punctual and thorough, and even took less time than I thought. What I thought would be almost an hour ended up being barely 30 minutes. | |So far there are no problems with the toilets, gratefully, and if any further plumbing problems arise I know who to call.

Description of Work: It took them a long time to reach out for scheduling of appointment. Plumber called at time of appointment to indicate he was going to be one hour late. Tenant was not able to wait longer than 1 hour and 1/2, hence service was not performed | |I do understand circumstances might arise, but none of the few interactions with service provider were as one would expect

Description of Work: replaced three faucets. Two are in a bathroom, one in kitchen. One became loose soon after, although no leak and still functioning.
