They were professional and were in on time. Andres was here and did the work in an efficient amount of time.

I was surprised that the plumber knew to be careful about drilling into a pre-stressed concrete floor, and much to his credit. They did a very good job of replacing two toilets, and they did it in good time. It was more difficult than anybody anticipated but everything turned out okay.

They showed up on time and did the work within the quoted time. The workers were very professional and neat.

I called Monday and they scheduled me for Tuesday 7 AM. They were on time and called previously to reconfirm appointment. Ricky and his assistant did a great job of removing the broken shower valve and soldering in a new one without even breaking the surrounding tiles. The new valve looks and works great.

A plumber was promptly sent out to give an estimate for the repair work needed. This estimate was billed on a time basis, as the plumber needed to go into the crawl space under the house to inspect the system and, in Florida, that requires an assistant be present as well for safety reasons. The company was very accommodating when I needed to reschedule several times. When the work was finally performed, it was done in less time and with less material than expected, and the plumber went the extra mile and installed/replaced some shutoff values that were missing or in poor condition. They adjusted my bill to reflect the reduced labor and materials, saving me 30% over the original estimate!

Carlos arrived promptly and reviewed the job with us and gave us an approximate estimate of how much we could expect to pay. He was clean-cut, well-spoken and respectful. I would have been comfortable having him in my home even if my husband was not present. He clearly had a high level of experience in that his predictions for what we could expect to find in the wall were accurate. I was particularly impressed that he used a level and straight-edge to open up the wall neatly so that we could repair it easily with a piece of drywall. He also had a contact he recommended to fill in the cinder block wall again. The finished job is extremely tidy. I would not hesitate to call this company again, and I will ask for Carlos when I do!

The project went fine. The plumber provided a viable solution to install the pedestal sink.

I called in the morning and was given a very accurate estimate. As soon as I mentioned Angie's List, the receptionist immediately offered the members discount. She called back within 5 minutes with the estimate and a time. The plumber (Matt) actually came earlier (after he called to make sure that was OK) with a brand new water heater. While installing it, we spoke about an old sink in the corner that was completely clogged. He tried to unclog it but realized the pipes were completely rusted through. Being very conscientious that this is a rarely used sink in an out of the way location, he replaced the pipes quickly, efficiently and very inexpensively. He was very professional and very nice.

I was happy with the whole process, he arrived when he said he would, and I explained the whole situation that I had other plumbers come out and didn't figure out the right problem, so he came out and figured it out, he cleaned up after himself, and he was hassle free.

I thought Douglas Orr Plumbing was very honest and fair. My maid broke the new drain stopper after they installed the new one and they came out a second time and only charged $50. The first visit was $150 to install a new drain stopper. I think their prices are competitive. They are very busy and it took about 1 week to get a response.

Douglas is very professional and a good worker. It only took him an hour to repair the faucet. He called before just showing up and is a very professional worker. We have not had any problems since the repair was done. We will use him for all our plumbing needs from now on. He was able to make my husband satisfied with his work and that is hard to do.

They are very reliable and very punctual. What they say they are going to do, they do. I was happy with the job they did and will have them back out again.

They were neat and careful when they are working in my home. They might be a little higher than some others, but the quality is second to none. I like that I can depend on them to be honest with me.

The whole office was very professional. I had two different technicians and the second one was as nice as the first one. They arrived on time. I was pleasantly surprised and I would recommend them.

Instead of trying to solve the problem, he just made excuses as to why he didn't have it and why he couldn't get it until the next week (this was a Thursday afternoon and the next Monday was a holiday). One of the roofers got in his truck and went to get the needed part so they could finish the job that day. The next day I realized I had forgotten to ask for the 10% senior discount. I called and was told I could still have it, however, while the charge for the work was posted to my account the same day, it took 2 weeks and a second phone call for the credit to be posted. I would say it was more a problem with the plumber they sent than with than the Company. Amanda was polite and patient throughout. As far as I know, the work was OK. It passed inspection. If you consider using this company, I would suggest you ask a lot of questions about cost, travel time, work to be done, and any extra charges that might be incurred.

They're really great. Very reliable and dependable. Their prices are comparable to other plumbers. They've worked on regular jobs and emergency jobs for me.

They came on time - very, very courteous and reasonable, and when the inspector came out, he said it was a perfect job.
