Excellantly! From the time I placed the call for an appointment until the time Jose Medina( my tech) was out of my house, was less than 2 hours! This was me placing the call, them contacting him, him driving to my home in the morning rush hour in Miami, and the actual job! Jose knew immediately what the problem was and changed out the part in a timely and professional manner. This is the 2nd time I've used this company and it is obvious that not only are they highly skilled at their craft, but they are highly trained in customer service! They each have about 10 years experience minimum. I would gladly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable, honest, professional plumber and I will continue to use them whenever the need arises.

The plumber (Johnny) was courteous, did a nice job, and left the work area clean.

Went well. First visit diagnosed source of leak. No shower valve on truck which was a little disappointing. Came back 3 days later with valve and completed job.

Excellent - Rolando came right away. He did a very thorough review of the problem. Diagnosed correctly as air in the pipes and resolved. Also helped with a couple of other small fixes. He took a lot of pride in his company and in the quality of his work.

In short, I waited around most of the day and they didn't show up.

They snaked several times and ran a camera, then said they's send the video to us, but never did. They quoted us over 10K to do the sewer line replacement; we ultimately had someone do it for us for half the price in a single day. Company is big, which means they're responsive for emergency jobs, but it also means one day you get guys out here that you like and do a good job, and the next not so much. Not awful, but would not hire again.

Easy and smooth the tech knew his stuff

The fix lasted nearly an hour and Billy was very thorough and courteous. The price seemed fair.

Fine. Get a sink was a bit hard as it was for an older home and we needed to find one to fit our space. The office help was great and MS Jennifer worked to get the proper sink. It was installed by Jose Madenia and it required some work to to fix wood around where it was to go in. We were very happy with the installation.

He arrived on time 7:30am. He put the downstairs faucet in quickly. He took a long time upstairs to do the other 2. He replaced parts under the sink without showing me. When he was through he showed me the parts he replaced & then told me I was missing 2 decorative caps. Too late to take back, they were installed. He was here less than 4 hours and charged me for 4 and a half hours. I didn't realize it until a week later when I went over the bill. He did not check the faucets to see if they worked. The one upstairs stuck when you closed it and you couldn't get it back up. He took all 3 faucets that he replaced with him. He did not ask if I wanted them. When I called the office to let them know I was told the first time that he shouldn't have taken them and the second time I called I was told he was suppose to take them, that is part of their cleaning up the area. I told her about the time I was charged and she said the supervisor would call me. Vicky the supervisor called back and told me she would have to check the tracking time. I asked how she would do this and she told me GPS. This call was made in the morning. I called 3 times to speak to her about the tracking. She said she promised to call me before closing. She never did that day or any day after. She did send someone out to fix the pop up stopper that wouldn't come up and he wrote me a bill for 100 dollars. I asked why seeing they were here a week ago. Then he fixed it by making it a warranty call. The interesting thing here is: It's a 100 dollars an hour for labor and because it's Angie's list you get 10 percent off. Which means I WOULD have saved $40.00. By charging me the extra half an hour they get back the 40 dollars and make $5. BUYER BE WARE. Watch the time and what they remove.

Everything went very well. The plumber determined that the leak was caused by a fault toilet gasket. He had the part in his truck and replaced it pretty quickly.

Excellently! Was maybe 90 minutes from the time I called til the time Johnny was totally done. We already knew what was wrong so he had the part on hand. He was wonderful in every way an even did everything he could to make the price reasonable!

I can not express how happy we were with Luis Rojas the Douglas Orr Plumber. Luis shows up early started hard at work to pin point exactly where the water was coming from.He put red dye in the sink and figured it out. It was the pipe in the wall that was leaking. Instead of taking my 20k kitchen apart he was able to repair it from the outside where a small amount of concrete was remove. All this in 4 hours. Not only is Luis a GREAT plumber but a very nice guy. Thank you so much Luis Rojas

That worked out well. I was very pleased. If they charged me anything besides the big deal charge, it was not any kind of a negative surprise to it. If I asked him to do something else then, you know, then I did. I wasn't like they did kind of spring any surprises on me. I think I've used Douglas Orr Plumbing Inc in the past before and that's why I decided to call them again. I was pleased to see that they had the Angie's List big deal. I think that they were prompt in their appointment and they gave me the straight story on what was, you know, what was the right way and the wrong way to address the problem.

ORR PLUMBING HIT IT OUT OF THE BALL PARK ONCE AGIAN!!! Last year they provided me with excellent service and, naturally, I called them again for help with a small job repairing my shower I started by speaking with Vicky (Customer Service) to set up an appointment and she did so right away! She later followed up by calling me to let me know the technician was on his way. Then Nestor (Technician) arrived right on time and within the hour had not only fixed my shower problem but improved the performance of the shower head itself. Absolute professionalism from beginning to end. What a pleasure ti is to do business with this company! I don't look forward to any future plumbing problems but, if I do have them, I will look forward to having ORR PLUMBING come to the rescue.

That was perfect. I have no complaints. They were very professional, friendly and courteous.

I had an negative experience with them, this was the first time I had a negative experience with them last month also in September in the latter part of September. They had schedule me to come out a Monday I recall, I called them on Friday about some plumbing problem that I had and they had said that they were gonna call me on Monday to schedule someone to come out on Monday but they did not and so on Tuesday again the same thing they were suppose to know one dates I had to call back on Monday because no one called me and then they secured me on Tuesday they would get somebody out and again the same thing happened so That's the first time with them I related that to them hey I am waiting since Friday and no body has scheduled a plumber to come out and apparently I guess it's, I'm assuming it is because I had discussed it with their representative that they were just so busy and now I recalled what I said then in that case if your so busy with other customers be honest with me as a customer and suggested that I called someone else because your so backed up don't have me waiting two days and each time I call you give me the same answer and assure me that your gonna have someone come out that's ridiculous.

Botched appointments, two visits.. over charged at first appointment when plumber billed "assistants" time for full day even though he wasn't there the whole time. I had to dispute it and the office gave me a token credit. During the 2nd visit, that plumber was much more on the ball than the first guy and re-did some brackets initially installed by his colleague the first day but in effect I ended up paying for some parts of the project twice. I have other gas line work to be done but will not risk using these guys again.... They even dropped the ball during the permitting follow-up. The business has been around a long time and they speak to it glowingly but something has gotten lost over time as they continue to grow and hire representatives that perhaps don't represent the Orr's family initial values and service commitment. Overpriced and under delivered in service expectation.

I had a drip and he came in and was very professional, considerate, very clean. He was just very appropriate with everything. I felt the price was fair for what he did.

The service was fine. I do not ever remember getting a follow-up call.

The provider showed up at the building exactly on time but did not get to my until 20 minutes after the scheduled start time. He said the guard was not at the front desk and he had to wait for her to return. I asked why he had not called me and he said he had. Turns out, he had two numbers inverted though the office called to confirm the appointment and dialed the correct number. I was dismayed to find out that his billing started from the time he pulled through the gate to park and not when he actually got to my unit. He was in my unit for exactly 1 hour, though I was charged for 1 1/2 hours. Additionally, I did not receive the Angie's List discount advertised. I also did not like the fact that he asked to put a sticker on my hot water heater even though he did no work there. The plumber, however, was friendly and pleasant. But based on company practices and prices, I would not hire them again. And the sticker has been removed.

At first everything was looking great, nice polite technician, but was after all the work ( cleaning the drain with motorized snake twice with NO hurry at all and even left the invoices in the car to go down again and look for it), it took me by surprise when the technician told me that "they will charge from the time they arrived at the gate of the building, up to the time they leave", that took the guy around 1h 15m, but they round it to 1,5hr work. Then he continue saying that the tool was $30 more (that I have expected), but my biggest surprise was when he told me that there will be another charge of $50 for travel expenses!! I told him that I wasn't told about these travel charge and he told me to call the office which I did, but the ladie insist on that she always says all the expenses automatically. The thing is that I paid $230 for clean the kitchen sink drain and will never call (or recommend) this provider in the future. I feel that they wasn't clear when they gave me the estimate and convert a 40min - 1hr work into a 1,5 hr plus travel invoice!!

The service was excellent and they were very punctual. I felt they were very honest with me and did a great job cleaning up as well. The response was quick and friendly.

They obtained the American standard part in the toilet. Even when they did that it is not performing as I hoped for. I think the price was a little high.
