They're a very professional company that keeps you informed of the whole process from permitting to installation. I've used a few different window companies in the past and I'd say Prestige was the most transparent and efficient in this regard. The installation went fairly smoothly and the installers did a good job with little mess. I plan on using them again in the future and would recommend them without hesitation.

I had a pleasant and trustworthy feeling with Prestige Windows & Doors, the moment I met my Rep, she came to my house and was very professional and detailed in showing and explaining all that was available for me to chose. I had old sliding glass doors removed and replaced with impact resistant sliding glass doors. Quite satisfied with project and work done. Workers were professional, punctual, respectful and did cleanup. Good customer experience.

Specifically, my project was the installation of 11 impact windows and 2 impact doors. I had an excellent experience with Prestige Windows & Doors. Initially, I was hesitant about using such a large company but they proved I had nothing to worry about. From the beginning to the end of the project, the salesperson, the project leader, the installers and office personnel were all professionals and took care of everything in an expeditious manner. During each stage, everything was handle seamlessly, not an easy task when so many persons are involved and during â Covidâ . As a customer, I appreciated having realistic timelines from the very beginning. Without hesitation I give Prestige my highest recommendation.

We used Prestige to install impact windows and doors. We interviewed several companies and selected Prestige based price, and product and the salesman who came out who was extremely knowledgeable, patient and sent a very detailed email with quotes and products we would receive. We had a large project based on number of windows and over sized windows to be installed. The installers were very good and cleaned the work area at the end of each day. They covered furniture in each room as they moved from one room to the next. The installers finished before projected completion date. I have now scheduled a quote for installing new garage door.

We hired Prestige to replace 7 windows in our townhouse. They were on time, clean, very professional, and reasonable priced. Overall a very good job.

They worked in an orderly, methodical manner, they observed continuous mask-wearing, they cleaned up after themselves, and they completed the entire job in four days. The Price was great. Very impressed with professionalism and after sale support they are provinding. Project was extremely well managed. We had about 30 windows and doors in our Coral Gables home. My wife and I just had 12 windows and a double front door installed by Prestige Windows and Doors. We would like to give you some input on the performance of this company. Everyone we dealt with was GREAT! Our Sales person was Michal, and she was prompt with her appointment times, knew her product, and kept to her commitments. Ashley was great with her emails, and was also able to switch an installer team over to us at the last minute because our team was held up by an inspection delay. The crew that delivered our windows and door were excellent, and very careful not to damage any of the windows. Ernesto was our installer, and he and his crew were very thorough and professional. They did everything possible to minimize the amount of dirt and dust that got into the rest of our house. Ernesto only speaks a little English, but was certainly able to communicate with me with respect to doing what I wanted done on the installation. Removing all the stickers and a quick clean of all the windows was also a big plus! We also dealt with your excellent Field Manager, Sergio, who did a thorough â walk throughâ to ensure that we were happy with the complete installation. All in all, everyone we dealt with was a true professional! We were very impressed with their service, and will certainly strongly recommend your company to our friends! I received estimate to install impact windows and doors from several companies. Prestige was by far the best price. Their service was spectacular. We are very happy with the outcome. There no surprises.

We are thoroughly happy with our new impact windows and door. From the initial interview with Malena Armas, thru construction thru final closeout all was done with us, the customer in mind. Trust me I am not an easy client, I think I changed my mind on the specifications at least four times. We had three large windows and three custom sized windows, all together we had 23 windows. Their products conform to the very strict Miami Dade County Approved Product requirements. These are engineered products, requiring strict adherence to installation procedures. Their crews were careful, courteous and hard working. We are very pleased with our final product and we highly recommend this company.
