The designer we worked with, Malena, was friendly and helpful, staff kept us posted on door status and delivery, installer was talented and respectful, and best of all - they handled the inspection process for us. Our impact doors (front and back patio) are so nice. They were responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. We will recommend this company to friends and family moving forward.

The Project Manager, Guillermo Cruz was very professional, and very pleasant in managing the installation of my hurricane impact windows, and one hurricane impact door. Mr. Cruz made certain that I understood from the very beginning that I was to call him with any questions. The installation team (a husband and wife duo) started working on my storm windows and door project on June 14, 2021. They finished on June 24, 2021. It was fascinating to watch them work. They only took off on Sunday. They were very attentive to all the details of their work, and their work passed all three of my City Inspections. Prestige took care of all of my city's required permitting documents. I was surprised that the permits, and civil engineering diagrams were enough to fill a small book! I was pleased with the total installation price of $27,400 because another company (who shall remain nameless) that does lots of TV advertising quoted me a price of more than $10,000 higher. I would strongly recommend that people get at least 3 quotes, and carefully read any contract proposal BEFORE you sign it. I am very glad that I had an attorney review, and explain the contract to me. I am very pleased, and very satisfied with all the services which I received from the installers to the entire office/ support staff of Prestige Windows and Doors. I would not hesitate to recommend Prestige Windows and Doors to anyone seeking to be highly satisfied with storm windows or door installation.

Extremely happy and satisfied with the professionalism, product quality and customer service from Prestige Windows and Doors. From the beginning, Michael Palmer was very knowledgeable and helpful to get the right sliding doors for my needs. He presented all options and was upfront about how long it would take to manufacture and install. Throughout the process, Emily, Rosemary, and Jeanette kept me in the loop on the status of HOA approval, permits, and made sure the final measurements were perfect before the doors were sent to be made. When I was notified they were ready to install, the first available install date was the very next day, which was amazing. The installers were professional and courteous, made sure everything was done as neatly as possible. Guillermo, the install manager, made sure to inspect the installation several times and ensured every detail was up to the company's standards before I signed off. I am very thankful for his expert eye as well as everyone else involved in this process. I honestly could not be happier.

With enthusiasm, I recommend Prestige Windows and Doors. Replacing our windows, doors, and skylights with hurricane impact glass was the first of several projects for which I have dealt with various contractors, a total of seven for a series of home improvement projects. We were initially weighing the possibility of buying a more expensive home, but, for a variety of reasons, we decided to remain in our older home, and upgrade it. We have therefore been living in a construction site for the last year, but we have overall enjoyed the process, beginning with our relationship with Prestige. We hired Prestige after I spoke with many contractors in Southeast Florida, including representatives of all the major name brand window manufacturers. We also contacted several of the top listings on Angieâ s List and Home Advisor. We had several estimates from various contractors. Although Prestige was not the least expensive, we judged them reasonably priced and most competent. The manufactured windows, doors, and skylights Prestige recommended (CGI) had been recommended by others of the most well-reviewed contractors. Dealing with any contractor for repairing or refurbishing a fifty year old Florida house almost invariably involves unwanted surprises in the quality of the previous construction, delays beyond the contractorâ s control in the delivery of manufactured products, and accidents by even the best-trained, best-supervised, and most conscientious workers. It is essential that the contractor warn the consumer and plan with the client ahead of time for possibilities for delay or difficulty. Consumers should steer clear of any contractor who promises a totally smooth building process. Prestige and Chris Rivas pass those standards with flying colors. All levels of management sprung into action as we encountered various difficulties. The owner of the company visited us personally to assure us of their top to bottom commitment. Operations manager Mike and Installation manager Luis were constantly on site and/or available to us by phone. Chris Rivas promised that he would stay involved in every stage of our project. Many contractors promise the world. Few deliver at the level of Prestige. Lucas was the foreman of the on-site crew, and was outstanding in every respect. What could go wrong? What didnâ t go wrong, having nothing to do with Prestige? When product was later than expected in delivery, Prestige informed us regularly of progress on delivery. When the crew started to replace all of the windows and doors in our Florida room, they discovered that the only thing holding up the roof were the old windows and doors. There had been no proper framing or support. All of that had to be made by Prestige and installed before the new windows and doors could be installed. Even though many unexpected problems arose, Prestige and especially Chris Rivas warned us ahead of time. There were some increases in costs, but Prestige kept our cost overruns to a minimum, less frankly than we might have anticipated. Even a few months after we had finished paying in full, Prestige fully honored their guarantees. For example, we had difficulty with the electric locks we had installed in the front and back doors. Prestige made sure that the lock manufacturer repaired the locks in full, to our satisfaction. We are thrilled with the quality of the products Prestige installed, even a few months after their installation. We were delighted by the mature and professional way that we were treated, even though many times we overreacted when things went wrong in the building process. Especially after dealing with many other contractors, we are happy to report our complete satisfaction with every aspect of our business relationship with Prestige. We delight in recommending Chris Rivas and Prestige without reservation or hesitation.

Erika Muller, the Territory Manager with whom I placed the order for new windows and doors, was very professional. She was not pushy about making the sale, was very pleasant, well informed and answered all of the questions my husband and I had. Tony, the Measurement Technician, was as well very patient with all of the questions I had for him and provided welcomed advise. He was very precise in his measurement and was very knowledgeable in his field. The installers, William and Raul, were very detailed and did a great job with the installation. All of the office staff that I spoke with were very helpful and always greeted my calls with a sunny disposition. Never once did I feel that I was inconveniencing them. The only person that I had a little bit of a problem with was Guillermo, the Installation Manager. He was to deliver some touch up paint to me and kept giving me the run-around as to when he would deliver the paint. He finally did deliver it, but only after I had a word or two with him. The walk-through and inspection went off without a hitch. A few weeks after the installation of the front door, I noticed that there was a small nick on one of the beams. I contacted Erica and she immediately wrote up a work order to replace the beam. The beam was replaced within the time period that I was given. All in all, I had a positive experience with Prestige Windows & Doors and I would definitely recommend them.

The installers were great and very professional. They cleaned up every step of the way. They plastered and made everything look great in the end.

From the initial sales visit through the completion of the window and door replacement, we were kept aware of the progress and had excellent installation on the the project. When there was a problem with one part of the install, Prestige followed through with the manufacturer to get the job done to our satisfaction. Their product is a superior one which has made friends and family comment on the positive changes to our home.

Prestige is a great company that gets the job done the right way. After interviewing several window/door companies, we chose Prestige. Erika, the sales person, was professional and very well knowledgeable about their product. The experience was very smooth. They took care of all the permits needed, from HOA to city permit. The installation took less time than promised. Bob, the installer, and his crew were such nice guys respectful and took care of everything , protecting the furniture leaving everything well as it was before. We are very happy with the windows and sliding doors. The reason why we are giving the company 4 stars is that there were several times of frustration. We had to call/text/email numerous times and spoke to different people until finally someone came to fix the minor installation issues we had. The CGI rebate first was denied by the manufacturer but later was covered by Prestige several months after installation. Thatâ s all behind us now so we are completely satisfied with the results. Our windows look great and we know that our family will be kept safe in the event of a hurricane. We appreciate their professionalism and taking care of everything. We will definitely use Prestige again.

From start to finish, the entire team demonstrated the type of professionalism, competence and responsiveness I would expect to receive after making this level of investment in our home. Jakob, the sales rep, made sure that all paper work was completed properly and clarified any questions or concerns I had. The project manager, Guillermo, and his team of installers were obviously skilled and performed their work very safely and neatly. Guillermo was onsite daily to ensure that my expectations were being met.

The company did a great job of keeping us up to date on schedule of project. The process of delivery and installation was flawless, timely and very professional. The inspection process was well scheduled thru installation, excellent execution.

The Prestige Team was terrific from start with Chris Rivas to finish with Angel and Dian! They were very professions, prompt, courteous and very tidy and neat. I would recommend this team to anyone wanting to replace their windows and doors with impact glass. Very satisfied client!!!

I had 8 windows, 2 doors and 2 sliders installed. Job was completed in 3 days very professional, neat and clean.

On time with the delivery and on time with the completion of the project. The sales Rep Malean was very good at explaining the product and providing detailed information. The installers Albert and Daniel were exceptional. They did a great job removing and installing 22 large windows and sliders. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

The doors are nice, just know that the primer isn't paint. The installers for the according shutters were awesome. Very professional.
