I couldnt be more pleased with the workmanship, quality of service and products.

I hired this company to install several impact windows and install impact sliding glass doors on an exterior porch. Their installers were very professional and cleaned up after the job was complete. The office staff always kept me informed as to the work schedule. I was particularly impressed with Reggo who had to be sure the measurements were precise for the doors on the porch since metal panels were needed to cover the existing steel posts. If I need to change out any additional doors in the future, I would not hesitate to contact Prestige again.

The customer service is horrible. We were slated to have our windows and doors replaced December 18-19. On the 18th the project manager called to say the guys had truck issues and would be at my house on the 19th. On the 19th after multiple phone calls to Prestige we were told that the crew said it was too far to drive and they weren t coming. The project finally began on the 20th and took 2 days. We were told that it was too late to remove the old windows, frames, sliders, doors, wood, screws and nails from our yard on Friday, December 21st because the dump would be closed, but that the crew would be back first thing Monday morning (Christmas Eve) to remove them. Nobody showed up despite repeated calls to the company. I had to physically remove all of the old windows and doors myself and drag them to the curb because I was having 25 people over for Christmas the following afternoon. This company is awful. I had previously recommended them to attorneys I work with, but now have told them not to use Prestige. Poor customer service. Nobody returns calls and they are awful. I am now disputing the disposal fee that was included in my quote as they disposed of nothing.

Prestige was very professional and once windows were manufactured were quick to install them. Overall very happy.

I learned about this company through one of my neighbors who had impact windows and doors installed. After seeing how amazing her project came out, I contacted the company. From the moment I signed the contract, everything was done in the most professional way! The crew who installed my windows and doors was the most efficient I have ever seen! Hats off to Xavier Sanelez and his crew. They worked non-stop under severe heat! I would highly recommend PRESTIGE WINDOWS AND DOORS! My project went above my expectations! My house looks AMAZING!!! and of course, I have the protection in case of any storms coming. If I could give 100 stars to rate this company, I would!

Hired the company after getting an estimate for my windows. Price was within my budget. Windows finally installed the week of Thanksgiving. Must said the guys who did my installation were very professional & made sure to cover the furniture so that they did not become dusty, they also removed and replaced my blinds. All in all very pleased with this company, and I have received so many compliments from the neighbors.

Prestige exceeded our expectations. Very professional & super clean. Red carpet treatment from start to finish. Don’t waste your time looking around. Prestige is the way to go. The quality of work was perfect. Chris Rivas was our sales person & he was very honest. No bs. Very professional. We highly recommend Prestige.

By the end of our conversation I was very confident in their product and in choosing Prestige with such an important upgrade to my home. This company is very up front with all the licensing and insurance info and no hidden fees or charges on their quotes. I highly recommend them.

I am very pleased with the work done by Prestige Windows & Doors, they are very professional and are very skilled in their field. I had 3 windows and 1 door replaced and the work was completed in 2 days. They are a little on the pricey side but well worth it. I will be hiring them again to replace the last two doors as soon as the funds permit. I would highly recommend them... very satisfied customer

Excellent communication. If you don't hire Prestige, you'll regret it. They are second to NONE. Even when my nerves were frazzled, they continued to assure me that they “got this”. They kept the project flowing smoothly & made me feel like I was their ONLY customer even though I knew they were slammed post Hurricane Irma. They worked with my homeowners association to provide required license, general liability insurance, & proof of workman's comp. The installers worked diligently while keeping the work area clean at all times. Kevin Kappler who works the main desk is an excellent communicator & represents the company incredibly. A true ambassador for the company. Jessy, my project manager, was confident & assured me that I was going to be satisfied. She worked hard to get me scheduled in very soon after my windows & sliding doors arrived (even during the holiday season). Thank you & I highly recommend Prestige Windows & Doors.

Got hurricane windows from them. Very satisfied with their service. The installation was pretty quick and well coordinated. There were some issues with the hardware on a couple of windows, but they quickly ordered the replacement parts and got them installed. We would definitely recommend them.

Installers were great and the field manager was too. However, we were very dissatisfied with the customer service and all the issues we encountered during our project.

From the Estimator to the Installer, they were all top notch. I am definitely using them again to finish replacing the rest of my windows. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
