Extremely disappointed in the home inspection that we received from Premier Home Inspections. The inspector missed broken/cracked beams in the attic, in addition to water damage in the AC closet and master bath, as well as the card that was placed in the attic that indicated that the home had previously been treated for termites . The sub-contracted termite inspector also missed evidence of previous termite damage as well as the card in the attic (which was seen later by an electrician, so it was not hidden).
