+ -1 moreThey won't return my calls. I've been a loyal customer for 21 years. The same termite guy comes every year, BUT he won't even acknowledge my calls for an inspection.

Description of Work: I have a contract with them. I did have to call them back a few times to get them to come out to examine the place, after they thought they already gave me an appointment. They came out on Tuesday this week.
