I contacted this company because our garage door wasn't working properly. We scheduled an appointment. The receptionist was very nice and courteous. Their technician arrived on time. He assessed the situation and came prepared to replace our motor with a new one (we needed it). He completed the installation quickly and correctly. Pricing was also very reasonable. Would definitely recommend them.

I saw they have great reviews so called them. Jose came next day, his manner was very professional and friendly. He gave me a quote right on the spot, and his quote was reasonable, then the doors were installed the next day. I'm very happy with my new doors.

My door isn't much quieter but they did grease everything and he said you need a new thingy here this far the teeth are going on it and whatever and I said oh okay, he did fix that. So I was pleased with him too, I would have like my door to be little more quieter when it opens but he said you have a old unit, he said the newer ones are much quieter.

job was completed despite language barrier and total confusion on what needed to be done. Bought a spring replacement coupon. The springs were not broke, but figured better just change them out. Nobody told the guys who showed up. The didn't speak much English. The fun began and all was finally resolved. I got my new springs and everything works.

My garage door spring broke late Saturday afternoon preventing me from opening the garage. Juliao Garage Doors answered my call afterhours and scheduled the repair for Monday (at my request). Their team arrived promptly when scheduled and had the springs replaced, the door repaired, and everything up and running within 45 minutes. A+ job.

It went great! Yes, our door really needed a tune up. It's SOOOO much quieter. Actually unexpected, like new. The tech knew his stuff for sure. Pretty cool.

The part of the garage door that connects to the opener bracket was broken. Jason showed up on time and took care of the problem on the spot. Garage door fixed within 30 minutes. He also took the time to explain the issue and how he fixed it so it doesn't happen again. Very professional and pleasant.

They arrived very late, but they did keep me in informed of the delay. Lubricated all the rollers/hinges/springs. Tightened the electrical wire to ensure it did not get caught in the chain. Ensured the proper balance in the middle position. Very happy with the service and outcom

Julio offered an Angie's List 'Deal' for a total garage door tune-up for 39.00. I bought the deal immediately and Julio contacted me, setting up a date. He showed up close to time and did a great job on our double-width electric door. I hope the do the same deal next year.... if not I will pay the full price because we live close to the Bay and the salt air is a hassle. He is very pleasant to work with and I am very happy with the deal.

My general contractor wanted $1800 to replace my 1-car garage door. I thought that was nuts, and I had found him to be very difficult to deal with, so I checked the list and called Juliao. They came out a few days later and said the old door could be saved, but that an inspector might insist on a new hurricane-proof door. I said I would take the chance. They told me I could fix the old opener and repair the door, or I could get a new opener. They quoted it both ways, and I went with the new opener. Three hundred bucks. They came back and installed the new opener, complete with electric eyes and a wall switch. While the installer was there, he pointed out a dangerous problem with the old springs. If the inspector rejects the old door, Juliao will replace it for a fraction of what the general contractor quoted me. If not, I'll get the springs replaced and save even more. The installers were courteous and fairly punctual. They called when they were on the way to the job so I could meet them. They gave me all the options and didn't push any upsells. They didn't nickel and dime me or pull a bait and switch. They cleaned up before they left. A great contrast compared to the general contractor; I always dread hearing from him because it's almost always a new charge or some other bad surprise. Tradesmen should tell you everything up front instead of getting you to sign and then hammering you over and over with additional charges. No complaints. No problems. Highly recommended.

The men were professional, on time and did the job they said they would do and it is operating perfect. They were straight forward and honest, that my garage door was fine, it just needed to lubricated properly and they did it.
