Description of Work: The provider was prompt in contacting me for the service purchased and was able to send someone out on the same day. The technician was very professional and performed a tune up on my garage door. Prior to the service, the garage door was very load and appeared to be getting stuck a lot. Once the service was completed, the door now operates smoothly and is no longer getting stuck. Would recommend them!

Description of Work: They were there for 8 minutes total - 8 minutes. We had another company through Angie's List do the same service on our primary home and they were excellent. Juliao was in a rush to leave - very disappointing. |I tried to call the company to complain but only got voice mail. |Very disappointing!

Dear Customer, Firstly, we apologize for not meeting your expectations when it came to performing the garage door tune up. As it states on the deal, we checked and lubricated all moving parts of the garage door and opener. The reason why this took only 8 minutes was because we had 2 technicians out on the field. And as far as you calling our office to complain about the service and only receiving a voicemail was because our offices close at 12 P.M. on Saturdays. Unfortunately, we did not communicate regarding this issue and if there's anything we can do in the future, we will be happy to offer you a discounted rate on future services.
