After explaining the problem with our remotes, he checked the motor, etc. and determined the motor was no longer receiving sensors from our remotes. He explained that we needed a new motor and (2) new remotes.

Description of Work: Needed garage door replacement. I set up an appointment on a Monday between 8 and 10 with some one named Jose. I called at 10:15 to his office; said he was on his way. At 11:30 he still had not arrived. I called back his office and Jose got on the phone. He said he called me on my cell phone at 9:15 to see if I was home, which I was. He said no one answered. He obviously did not call because there is no record on my cell. In addition, it was clear that I was home when I called the office the first time when they said he was on his way.
