Description of Work: Jeyson Cardoza, the tech, was organized, well-prepared, and efficient. Instead of loudly clattering up and down, my garage door now opens and closes in a smooth, silky whisper!! What a difference! He also noted that the weather stripping at the bottom was shredded and in tatters, and I agreed to have him replace it at a nominal extra charge. What a great job! I will use them again. Somehow, based on my prior experience, I knew the answer when I said, "You're not from here, are you?" He said, "No, I'm from New York." Wish we could clone that young man.

Description of Work: I called in the morning about a malfunctioning garage door. They had a repairman at my house by 3:00, and everything was fixed by 3:30. The technician was prompt, courteous, diagnosed my problem immediately (after it had been misdiagnosed twice by another company), and did not try to sell me any equipment or services that I did not need. I am extremely pleased, and would recommend them to anyone.
