It went well. He came on time.

Called them up yesterday and arranged appointment for today. Jason arrived a little outside of the appointment window, but he did call to say he was running late. He was very nice and efficient. Work was done quickly and the door works. It was very very convenient. Price was less than another provider we called.

Bought a deal on Angie's List for a garage door spring replacement. Was contacted next day to schedule service. They came when scheduled. I'm very satisfied with their service.

He came immediately and had done a good job. He was also very friendly and explained exactly what he was doing.

We were planning on taking my son to college and packed the car the night before. When we went to leave the garage door only opened half way. I called Juliao Garage Doors and the girl who answered the phone was very professional and helpful. She was able to get the manager to come over (within 1/2 hour) and let us out; he was also very nice (I think his name was Carlos). They said they would come back on Monday and fix the problem. As promised, Jose showed up on time and he was very knowledgable, professional and nice. He explained to me exactly what happened and also made some maintenance recommendations. I would highly recommend this company and the people that work for it!!

He is pretty cool. He went the extra 10 miles, because the door he removed was a very old door, and the door that he put on, didn't retro fit, and so he went the extra 10 miles to make sure that the door was operational.

Provider did what he said he would do. The work was well done and has performed well in the year and a half since.

Juliao came to give me a quote within 3 hours after my call. He gave a detailed explanation of the work to be completed. We made an appointment for the following week. They called us 2 days before the appointment to ask if they could come Tuesday instead of Wednesday. They had a cancellation, we gladly accepted since our old garage door was not working. His technicians came in on time. Cleaned the garage after the installation. They also replaced the existing springs as requested. Julia showed up an hour later to assess the work done by his technician. Very satisfied with the quality of work and their punctuality. Highly recommend them.

Our first experience with this company was exceptional. We had tried another company 3 times before calling Juliao Garage Doors, Inc. I had called them for service mid to late afternoon. Julliao Garage Doors came the next day!! Not only did they repair what another company could not, but they were much more professional and actually spent unexpected extra time helping me with programing my cars and garage openers. We were so impressed we had them come and install a new garage door in another area. We had been told it could take 3 weeks to get the new door. They came within 1 week and installed the door, took all the garbage and left. They other night we needed them again for an emergency service some where else. They were there as promised the next day. Wow, we highly recommend them and congratulate them on such a professional and well managed company. The receptionist, repair techs, installers and owner all were wonderful people to deal with.

I wanted a free estimated to fix the garage door. I called various companies on Angies list, but Juliao was the only that would come out and provide a free estimate. A friendly technican came to the house right on schedule. Told me everything that was wrong with the system qouted me a price to fix it, which was the service call and some parts. I called to request a quote on installing an electric garage door motor on a new home we purchased, the home is located in Key Largo. They gave me the price and told me they would provide the service to that area at with no additional "travel charges" which other companies wanted to charge me. I was able to schedule the work for a Saturday and they arrived on time and did an excellent job at a great price.

The installer showed up at 8:00 A.M. Took the old opener out in nothing flat and put up the new one. He was like a man on a mission and did not waste any time. The circuit board was defective and he tried calling the company but could not get through. He said for me to call and order a replacement and let him know as soon as I got it. It took a week or so before I got the part, I set up an appointment, it was installed and works fine.
