tech arrived early which was appreciated and was friendly. when inquired about replacing door weather stripping, was taken back by a 16' piece of stripping that would cost $50 than another $79 to install. I didn't have him do the install. That same day, I purchased the necessary item myself at Home Depot for $15, and will install ourselves.

Great...no muss no fuss. Garage door was making noise so this deal was timely. I always worry these deals will lead to a more pensive sales pitch, but this gentleman took care of biz, said door was otherwise ok, and that was it. Would def use again.

These guys were great! They answered my call quickly . They came within a few days on time. They performed the said tasks and recommended additional services to the garage which i declined. They were not pushy only helpful. The price of this maintenance check of 39.00 was incredible!

Excellent company! Had to order the springs because of the increased size of my heavy door. Repaired the old broken spring with a temp repair so I can get a car out. Showed the next day and finished the replacement. Would definately use them again, and recommend them highly!!

The technician, Jeyson, called the morning of - to confirm his work appointment. He asked if I would be OK with his arriving earlier than the scheduled 3-hour time frame that I had scheduled. The earlier time worked well for me. He also checked ahead to make sure that he would park conveniently. (This I appreciated since I've had to request other contractors to move their vehicles from time to time.) This is a new home for me, and I liked that Jeyson gave me a thorough rundown of the condition of the garage door. I'd hoped to reduce the noise factor of the door's operation which can easily be heard upstairs. The door is one large unit (16' long and 8' high) and heavily reinforced for hurricane impact. He told me that overall the door was in good shape, that there was some, not too much roller play with the original (10-year old) metal wheels. Jeyson went on to describe that because of its height and weight, there would be some improved movement with newer nylon rollers - but even with the improved ball-bearing rollers probably not as much sound reduction as I'd hoped. He tested the motor's operation with and without engaging the door and showed me that it functioned quietly and efficiently. It was the right size and required no adjustment. I opted to go with the nylon rollers. After one hour and completion, I was pleased with the improved operation and reduction in noise. Jeyson also helped me with the keypad's functionality which was also new to me. I will definitely refer new business to Juliao Garage Doors Inc. and will also highly recommend Jeyson for the job.

Came on time, replaced springs as advertised. Would do business again.

After leaving home and returning twice, my garage door would no longer open. I immediately called Juliao and told them the situation wherein my car was in the garage. They said they would send someone out in a few hours, after realizing my car was in the garage. Beforehand I was being scheduled for another day, until they realized the situation. Two men came and worked efficiently and quickly to the job's completion. I felt great!!
