I found Juliao Garage Doors through Angie's List. Sent them email and they replied promptly, made an appointment within 24 hours and they came out on time. Very professional and responsive. They answered all my questions, even the dumb ones. Always profesional and helpful. They adjusted the spring, lubricated the tracks and replaced the weather stripping.

At first tried to sell me a new opener which didn't make me very happy. Then they went on and adjusted the existing garage door and it now is works most of the time. The opener is sue to be replaced and I will consider them when I do that.

Service man was professional and explained all services to me.

Installed two torque springs on large garage door. Springs went down on Saturday. Sunday I selected contract with Angie's list and on Monday, contractor in the area so I got my problem professionally solved. Installer educated me on size of garage motor, lubrication, etc. Excellent job.

I bought a $39.99 big deal for this service and it was great. They were very good, punctual and replied quickly. Just with their tune up they made the garage work easier. They gave an estimate for the repairs that might need to be made.

They were good and I would use them again. They were punctual, they showed up when they said they would and they did not do anything odd. They were very well in educating what they were going to do and what it would cost. It took something else for the garage door and it was not relevant and he gave me a good idea what to do. The cost of the deal was the same.

One of my garage door springs broke so I got this deal thru Angie's list to replace both springs, I called them and they scheduled the replacement for the same day. Rosbel. the technician showed up at my house right on time and replaced both springs, he was very friendly and polite, he also lubricated the rollers and inspected my garage door. He noticed the door had a rip and recommended to install a hurricane proof garage door. He explained all the options to me, I will replace the door within the next 3 months. I was very happy with the overall experience. I will definitely call them again in the future.

Around 8pm on the evening of June 18th, my garage door broke. My wife's car was inside at the time. Needing to leave early the next day, I had to find someone to come to my home that evening. I called one place, but they didn't provide after-hours service. But then I called Juliao Garage Doors and spoke with Jose, and he told me he would send a technician right over. Shortly after, his technician, Jason arrived and within an hour had my garage door working again. Jason was very knowledgable and professional. He ever gave me some maintenance tips to avoid problems in the future. I am 100% completely satisfied and would recommend this company to anyone looking to repair or purchase a garage door or parts.

Company well run. Office staff very accommodating and organized. Technicians very professional and knowledgeable, arrived on time and did an excellent job.

Technician refused to look at the opener and indicated that it had to be replaced, as the motor and circuits were ruined. We explained that we had verified that it was dry now (it had gotten wet 3 days ago) and that it worked closing the door, but would not move to open more than 7". He refused to do anything else beside the oiling (which did NOT include the chain of the opener) and stuck to his position that the equipment was ruined and had to be replaced. Never tried to see if it would work, as "the opener was too close to the ceiling and could not see the contacts". We explained that we had seen the contacts using the picture app of our cell phone, but he did not want to do that either. Would not try to operate as "the door was too heavy for the motor". We showed that the door was disconnected from the opener so any work would not entail actual movement of the door. He considered that irrelevant and implied that we did not know how things worked. Although never denying that the tune-up should include diagnostics, he indicated that he needed orders from his manager to do so. We called Suncoast (the provider that had accidentally soaked the equipment) who called Juliao Garage Doors and explained what had to be done and that they would pay for any work. We also called his supervisor and explained the situation. He asked me how old was the equipment, to which we answered that although the equipment was about 20 years old, the motor was replaced about 5 years ago. The supervisor called the technician, and got the message that the door opener had gotten wet and the equipment was ruined and needed replacement. As far a we can tell, the supervisor did not ask his to run any diagnostics. End result? Door opener still busted. We refused to sign the completion order for the Door Tune-Up (as the work was not done). We are looking for another company who can come to diagnose (and hopefully correct) the problem. Have started the process of filing a complaint with Angies List.

It was a very good, straight forward. The door was not closing because of a sensor misalagment, but he greased it, checked it and left if working perfectly.

First, all contacts were polite, prompt and professional from office personnel. The gentleman who did the repair was professional and repaired everything including the lock that had been installed wrong since the home was built...pre1970. We are so pleased that we would recommend this vendor to anyone who needs a garage door tune-up and repair. These people are not like others where the price varies greatly if it is not a door they originally installed. All doors treated the same.

Juliao Garage Doors Inc employees arrived on time for the initial service of replacing ten garage door wheels on my 35+ year old home. I then got a quote to replace the garage door opener and weatherstripping, though the latter was overpriced I yielded since I knew I would never get it done. They ordered the parts to install the next day and even though 2 employees showed up the first day only 1 showed up to install the opener. I was concerned but it worked out and our family is happy with their professional level of service. It's interesting to note that they only provide the labor and buy the parts from another supplier. They do warranty their labor for one year so that's a relief and now my garage door sounds like a new one.

It went great. Rosbel did the job, very fast, knowledgeable and nice. I had a lot of questions and he answered all of them. I liked that he wasn't trying to sell me anything, but rather gave his recommendations. Very pleased
