Description of Work: I purchased a special which was a garage door tune up and replace rollers. Purchased online on a Friday and they contacted me the following Monday, set up appointment for Friday 3/20. Employee Jayson called and said he was in the area early and could he come by sooner and of course I said yes, so he was a half hour early for the 10:00 am appt. He was very nice and professional and explained what he was going to do. During the roller replacement he noticed a bracket holding the garage door system was missing a screw and needed to redone so door wouldn't crash down. He gave me the price to complete and I said go ahead as it needed to be done. He showed me where the problem was and explained everything he needed to do. Would recommend Juliano to anyone and I would not hesitate to us them again.

Description of Work: Ran tests to see if my motor was working. Fixed my top bracket and lower the door rails, lubed and adjusted the spring. Everything went very well, however, I am still waiting on a call back from the technician on some of the thing that we discussed.

Description of Work: Used a Big Deal for general garage door maintenance. Service man was punctual and professional. Walked me through each step in the maintenance process. Fixed the inside switch to open the door. When he checked the outside keypad he showed me the corrosion that caused it not to work. Installed new keypad for $45. Very pleased with the service and the cost.
