+ -1 moreThey did an overall impressive report. However, the report did not reflect the amount of damage actually present. Dangerously minimized the condition of just about everything. It cost me tens of thousands, due to the superficial inspection. I paid way too much for the property based uopn their inspection. I have had electrical, plumbing, a/c and roof repairs much more severe than mentioned in the report. They also do not warranty their work. I would never recommend this outfit.
Description of Work: I had them do a pre-sale inspection of the home that I bought.
