AV Clean & Seal

I have never contacted nor have I ever heard of these guys. But I arrive home 09/28/2020 to find these two guys in my back yard tapping into my water, to fill up a tank in their truck. When I confronted them, they denied turning on my water (they were finishing up, I could see their tanks full) and one of them kept apologizing, the other kept staring at me mumbling something like an insult. This is very unprofessional. They were stealing from me and they will steal from you too!!!! Choose someone else, trust me. They will steal water from your neighbors for your job...

I recently hired this company to clean my house, I was very pleased with the results and the professionalism that I received. I had called a couple of other companies and I felt like they were trying to over charge me, Alex and his team gave me a very fair price for the work that was performed. I was very satisfied and will be contacting them for any future work I may have.

My experience with this company was the worse. It's actually going to cost me money to fix what they did. I contacted Alex on a Monday and made an appointment for that following Thursday to have my roof cleaned. He quoted me $250, which I thought was too high, but then he said that for $300, he'd also clean my driveway and sidewalk. I accepted. Come Thursday, Alex (who showed up late, to begin with), called me about 1 hour later, when he was "done". I thought it was too soon to have finished such an extensive job, so I asked him if he was done already with the roof as well. He replied that he did not think that he was here for the roof and the he had only done the driveway. I was surprised to hear this, as the roof cleaning was the main reason why I needed him to come. He then said that he'd come back on Monday (not sure why he didn't complete the work right then), but asked me to send him (prepay) the full $300 through PayPal, which I hesitantly did, as I already had a feeling about his lack of responsibility. On Sunday night I texted him about or next day appointment and he confirmed that he'd come home the next day to take care of the roof. Sure enough, as expected, my fear became a reality. When I got home from work on Monday afternoon I realized that the roof had not been cleaned. Alex never showed up. Worse yet, he NEVER even sent me a text, (nor called) to explain himself. Mind you, he's had my money on his account, since the previous Thursday. At that point, I recalled the PayPal payment and contacted him. He gave me a strange excuse that the equipment had been damaged over the weekend during another job. I guess he didn't remember that I had spoken with him the night before and that he never mention that issue. Alex said that he'd now show up the next day. It is Tuesday now. On Tuesday, Alex finally showed up and cleaned my roof. But here's where it gets worse. He sent me a message saying that because I had recalled the PayPal payment the previous day, he was now in the "negative". (How he was in the negative when he was supposedly working over the weekend and when I had actually prepaid for this service, almost a week ahead, was incomprehensible to me, but I kindly released the payment and it went through). The very next day, I noticed that ALL of the grass, plants, hedges and even a grown pine tree, around the perimeter of the house, where dead. Yellow. Completely dead. I immediately contacted him, numerous times (over 20 texts), to which he replied at the beginning. I asked what he had used on my roof that caused all thus damage. He said that he used a combination of soap and bleach, etc.. which clearly was not commercial grade. This was evidently a home made mixture. It destroyed everywhere it fell onto, including my neighbors grass. At the beginning, Alex was apologetic and said that he'd stop by with some fertilizer. He continuously asked me if i was watering the areas, (as if this was my job/fault), but continued to promise to stop by and spray some fertilizer. He never did. He even said that he'd come and replace the pine tree. Needless to say, as expected, Alex never showed up and of course, he stopped replying to my texts. It'll now cost me hundreds of dollars to replace the grass, the hedges and my pine tree, due to this company's lack of professionalism. In the last text that I sent, I asked Alex if he was insured. He didn't reply to that text either. However, I see here that he is. He just doesn't care to do right by his customers. I'll never hire him again and I'm considering suing, since his company's wrongdoing will cost me hundreds to fix. Please do NOT hire this company. Save yourself the headache and the money.

They left the sidewalk looking like new. Alex was very professional and personally supervised the work that was done.

The work was done fast and well. I am satisfied.

The process was great, no problem showed up and did the job-on time.

There were some weather delays that prevented them from coming out initially, however Alex kept me informed on when they would be available and when the weather was expected to cooperate. Once Alex and crew arrived they expertly and professionally cleaned my roof and driveway. They did a great job and I'll have them back in a year or two when the job will need to be redone.

I am so happy to have chosen AV Clean and Seal to pressure clean my driveway! Everything from our communication to the quality of Alex's work was OUTSTANDING! For a couple of years now I've had these annoying water rust stains from my sprinklers system, which Alex managed tackle! It was an additional service, but it was so worth it! I cannot stop checking out my driveway, it looks like new! I will most definitely be calling AV Clean & Seal back to seal my driveway! Thank you Alex!

Everything went Perfect. They did a great job pressure cleaning the driveway. I needed the job done in a hurry and they came out right away and did the job for a great price. I had them come back to seal the driveway which also went very well. Would highly recommend AV Clean & Seal.

Thought it was going well till I mentioned I claimed a deal via Angie's list for 42% off the pressure washing then all of a sudden the offer changed and the price went up. The offer was for 2500 SQ feet pressure washing and I didn't need anything more than that. The only difference was he insisted the deal was only for walls and couldn't be used for a floor or patio area. I needed the garage area and pool area floor pressure washed along with the outside of the gutter. Entire area is no more than 2500 sq. ft. However, this really seemed like a bait and switch attempt. I was still talking to Alex (cordially) to see if we could work something out, and he just hung up on me. Not very professional at all. Have no idea how they have a decent rating as I can only see a handful of the reviews and my experience was less than stellar. I will be staying away and recommend others do the same.

The crew arrived punctual and immediately explained the process and the expectations prior to actually beginning and allowing an opportunity for questions or expressing any concerns on my part. They set up to accomplish the work. and proceeded to do a thorough and professional cleaning. They wasted no time and cleaned up after themselves including the house surroundings like the windows where any overspray was visible. I highly recommend them,

Very clean. Followed pressure wash with a bleach solution, so looks great. They have the right equipment to complete the job quickly.

Good service. Punctual, friendly and fast. Pleasure to deal with. My only comment is that the back side of the roof received less attention than the front, some dirt and mildew is still visible on the roof edges facing the backyard.

They were suppose to pressure clean house, they sprayed some chemical on house to clean it. They never rinsed it off, plus they killed every plant around the house. I would never use again nor would I recommend them. They never pressure cleaned house and I spent almost $200.00 for this.

Alex texted me to let me know that he was on the way and he arrived shortly after. He estimated that the job would take about 2 hours to complete and was done in less time in actuality. He noted that my driveway was badly in need of cleaning and offered to include the driveway cleaning for an additional nominal amount to which I agreed. I was pleased with the overall job and the fact that he honored the 5% discount coupon that was posted on his Angies List Profile.

I told him there was rust on the sidewalk. He attempted to remove the rust, but did not have enough rust remover. So, he said he would come back within the month to finish removing the rust, but he has not returned and I have not heard from him. Also, his price was very high.
