First, they were there on time!!They repaired our garage door the next day and when they left the garage was clean!!! They were very polite, even funny :)

Very professional from the time I was called back to the end of the job, prompt, plesant service. They installed the wrong color,and I did not have to call them, they called me to schedule a date and time of convenience to replace with correct color. This is what I call good customer service.

The communication to not knock on the front door did not make it form the girl that called me to the service guy that showed up. Although this annoyed me, he did an outstanding job. He was fairly independent and just took care of all the repairs that were needed including remounting the unit. Very impressed at the final work and the price was unbeatable.
