Garage Door Opener (GDO): Installation only. This company is fantastic. I already gave to of their business cards to my neighbors. Very kind, patient, informative. I spoke with Jose a few times over the phone, and he provided great and professional guidance and answers to my questions, before responding. I requested an appointment, and they scheduled it for the following second day. They also provide you a window time frame. I purchased my new garage door opener from Sears (NEVER use Sears to install ANYTHING!) and brought it home. Employee Jeyson showed-up on time. A very pleasant and outgoing person. Also very informative and very easy going. Very well trained and educated in his profession for ten years. He removed all of the old wiring as well, and replaced it with the new wiring. He installed everything properly and professionally. He even adjusted the springs to the garage door, at no additional costs, in order to increase the height clearance of my garage door. COSTS: Juliao Garage Doors, Inc.: Charges $120. This includes removal of all of your old parts, proper and professionally installation, and hauling away of your old unit and parts. And, a ONE YEAR warranty on the installation! SEARS installation: Charges $130 for unprofessional, untrained, two subcontractors (from "Elite Install Solutions"; DO NOT ever use them for ANYTHING!), who improperly installed the GDO, with multiple safety violations and issues having been ignored. These subcontractors actually threw away most of my brand new parts into my green garbage can on garbage day, and kept my previously installed old parts instead, still installed! I had to keep telling them to stop throwing away my brand new property, to no avail! I HAD to remove my brand new property from my garbage can 4 times! They (via Sears) also charge you an additional $15 to haul away your old unit, = $145 total cost. And, NO warranty on the installation. NOTE: Juliao Garage Doors, Inc. did such a great job with my GDO installation, that I plan on having them install an updated hurricane proof brand new garage door, where they replace ALL related garage door parts as well as the door itself, and haul the old garage door and old parts away. All included in their same low price.

Excellent

Replaced broken springs and transfer piece to hooks door to drive mechanism. As promised; owner preceded worker to make sure parts would be in truck, and at promised cost; no add ons. Also repositioned and reprogrammed wireless remote and programmed another car's built in system while they were there, no charge. Excellent service and professional.
