For the past 19 years I have practiced real estate in the Boca Raton/Delray Beach area! Over 10 years ago New Jersey clients of mine hired Terrence Tullgren to interior design and furnish their lovely 3 bedroom oceanfront condo! For years I recommended Terrence as a designer to the high end clients I was working with during closings at a law firm. They trusted my judgment and all were completely grateful that I recommended him as it made their daunting task of completely designing a raw space condo in Bal Harbour an enjoyable experience. My realtor told me not to hire a designer until I meet Terrence Tullgren. I am so happy that I listened to her! My husband had just passed away so he didn’t get to help me with the decorating. Terrence and I worked perfectly together picking all the samples of flooring, paint, furniture, art and lighting. He uses art to tie all the design elements in a space together. We confer on color, subject matter, dimension, matting and framing. Terrence is a genius when it comes to restyling. He enters a room and immediately knows how to rearrange furniture, art and accessories to create a stunning harmonious look without having to purchase anything. It went really well. Terrance has a ken eye for color combinations and we were very happy with the way our apartment came out... Terrance would shop with us for everything from furniture to paint getting us discounts on most products purchased. He was always very pleasant to work with.. Easy to express your thought without that attitude that some decorators have of being all knowing. My mom also had Terrrance decorate her apartments as well We both were always satisfied with the quality of the work and the people he hired. Terrence was an invaluable help to me especially because during both moves I was downsizing. We all know how difficult that is and I really dislike clutter! Since Terrence lives in a different state we did several phone consultations and I was able to show him my homes via FaceTime. It worked very well; don’t think it could have gone better even if he was in person! One of my favorite ideas was how he taught me how to make my home larger by visually blending the inside and outside of my house using similar colors and plants. Terrence was brilliant and made it all so easy. Without him, I wondered, “Where do I start!?? With him, he was in perfect control, making sure all deadlines were met and beautiful choices I loved were made. I was thrilled with his thinking: “This isn’t your permanent home, so let’s select furniture and fabrics that will look really great if you mix and match them in your next permanent home.” I am so grateful he though ahead in that way. All the furniture transferred perfectly into the new home, plus he designed some new pieces to fill in the extra space in the new home. He was exceptional in every way.

I was overwhelmed and panicking when I was suddenly faced with furnishing a new home top to bottom while in the midst of an important, difficult business project. I called Terrence Tullgren. He had quickly designed a wonderful assisted living suite for my Mom, incorporating some of her own cherished items with perfect new ones. That beautiful room made my Mom’s move so much easier for her. I also watched as he helped my friend select furniture, fabrics and design for her lovely new home. Exceptionally well. TNT used existing furniture and bought new pieces as well. Fabric choices pulled everything together.
