Last few days my printer was giving so many errors and I was fed up by these errors Whenever I need print out I have to waste hours with my printer ,that was so irritating and waste of time both and I decide to sell my printer in some handsome price but I just take last chance for my printer and Call these guys ,they remove all the errors in a min and my printer starts working again like it does never before .and they also offer my computer service was cherry on a cake.

initially, i called and explained the error that i was facing. later, the technician inquired about some basic details like, printer model, warranty period, etc. later he asked about the error message. little later he diagnosed that it might happening due to missing drivers. i have a wireless printer and i was trying to connect it to the multiple devices. Later, the technician take permission for remote desktop to my computer which is connected to my printer. as i permitted he download some drivers from internet and install it to computer. later he run a basic troubleshooting to my computer and ask me to re-start it. I followed the same. again i tried to connect all my devices and eventually, i have successfully established the connection. overall good and quick services,recommended!

firstly I called them and ask if they can help me. the technician listen all details about the printer, like, model number, warranty period, basic usage etc. I have been using the wireless printer and it was not connected to my mobile and tablet. so the tech guy diagnose and suggested that it could happen due to missing drivers, for complete diagnosis he has to take remote access of my connected computer. I permitted them for remote session, i was there seeing the progress, i think he downloaded some drivers from internet and installed them to my computer. he also performed some basic troubleshooting to ensure everything is OK. so he asked me to restart the printer and test the connectivity. I tried all my devices to connect wireless, eventually, connection was established successfully. i checked and then i paid him for services. Overall i am happy with their services.
