I talked to the secretary several times and told her the problem, which was that upper spray arm had fallen off. I also gave them the model number. The guy that came out was a nice guy, but he didn't bring a new arm, to at least try to fix it. He said it might be better for me to buy a new washing machine. He didn't bring the part. He looked underneath, and I could tell that he didn't know what to do. They didn't fix it and I paid $79.00 for the visit, which was ridiculous. He was very nice but he told me he didn't know how to do it. I wouldn't call him again. I called the distributor and they told me what to do.
Description of Work: They were supposed to fix my dishwasher.

I contacted Mr Appliance via phone and had a lengthy conversation about my oven issues. After considering the $79 diagnostic fee and looking up the Oven SN (per their request) I decided to schedule an appointment. I filled out the form online, chose my schedule time and detailed the Oven error, Model number and SN along with my contact information. Shortly thereafter I received a confirmation email that my schedule was set. On the morning of my appointment (8am) I called to confirm my appointment and again provided my phone number in case they needed to reach me. Hours passed and no one showed up or called. So just before my appointment window was going to expire, I called mr appliance asking if they were coming. Mercedes ( the lady who I spoke to previously and the lady who emailed me the confirmation) said "I dont know how you got that appointment online because we were already booked." (?!?!?) When I reminded her that I received a confirming email AND had called at 8am to confirm my appointment and it was now 12 pm, she had no answer. I asked if she could dispatch someone immediately because I cleared my work scheudle based on this service. She said she would call me right back. 2 hours later, no call. Frankly, If a company does not value my time then they dont derserve my business. I am a very busy person and I expect for a service provider to come through with commitments especially after I have gone through such detailed follow up to make sure that they would keep the appointment. Bottomline: Unresponsive & unprofessional.

In regards to this comment, there are many accusations which are inaccurate and falsely stated. First off the name the customer provided the company with was [member information removed]. The customer first attempted to have a diagnostic done over the phone and refused to have a technician go to the house to preform a proper diagnostic of the appliance in order to provide an accurate recommendation. Later that evening, after the office had closed, the customer proceeded to make an appointment online through our website providing a contact number which was no longer in service. The customer then called and spoke with the call center the day of her self scheduled appointment to complain that no one called to confirm the appointment; followed by her leaving the correct contact phone number. After receiving the correct number which to contact the customer I proceeded to call the customer 3 times throughout the day and left messages in attempts to reschedule her appointment with a time that was most convenient for her. In regards to the company, we did all awe could to reach out to the customer to try to accommodate her, unfortunately the customer never responded to any of those attempts.

Since the issue was not resolved, I called them to come back out. If they had simply told me they could not or did not want to try and solve it, that would be fine, but instead they have chosen to not return my phone calls or emails over the last several weeks. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I would rather this problem have been taken care of, or even have them be honest and admit they want no further part of it, than to have to write a negative review, but I feel their refusal to get back to me leaves me no choice.
Description of Work: Supposedly repaired an ice maker, but problems persisted.

This customer called a different Mr. Appliance company, we all a large franchise company, and in South Florida there are a few Mr.Appliance performing service repair in the area. This was explained to [Member Name]. We offered to assist in finding out who had provided the 1st service call. Unfortunately [Member Name] was very unhappy and was not willing provide us (Mr. Appliance of East Miami) the necessary information to help solve his problem. We are privately owned and operated. We stand behind our work and give a full one year warranty on parts and service under our only company name. (Mr. Appliance of East Miami). Many attempts were made to resolve this issue as professionally as possible.

The only thing is, the cost of the part was a little too expensive. But I'm quiet that for over a year I have warranty of the services. I will definitely recommend their services. Bravo!!
Description of Work: The refrigerator was not working properly. The Icemaker stopped making ice and freezer was not freezing. I call Mr. Appliance of East Miami and they came to repair it and later on the problem occurred again, they came again and fix it under the warranty.

Full and Complete services, very clean and organized tech. He followed all the etiquette rules. The service was the best i've seen in a while. I will used again if I had any problems with my appliances.
Description of Work: I just rented and moved in, some appliances were not fully operational. fridge needed a tuneup, and the trash compactor fixing. The tech even helped me with the A/C unit which was giving me a hard time, he identified the problem better than the real a/c guy.

Since the first call the professionalism and courtesy of customer service was A+, the way the technician explain the situation and the alternatives to resolve the problem was very well explain with cost and expectations. I will recommend their company 100 %, great service.
