I would send him questions about places and he would respond within minutes. When looking at places, he would objectively help me weigh out the pros and cons of each place, very quickly learning my style and what I was looking for in a condo. He persistently tracked down listing agents who would not contact him back, helping to ensure I could see every place in which I expressed interest. When it came time for negotiation, Stavros helped me get a fantastic deal by devising strategies to make my offer seem more appealing. I would highly recommend Stavros to anyone looking to buy or rent in Miami Beach.
