Description of Work: As a real estate agent JC is top notch. we went thru 3 other real estate agents before finding JC, and let me tell you we were happy we did. He was patient and understanding as we looked at houses. Never once trying to steer us away from the houses we wanted to see which is what others did. WE FOUND OUR DREAM HOME BECAUSE OF JC. What an amazing guy and so professional!

My boyfirend didnt know where we wanted to purchase our home and where most real estate agents made us feel like we were a bother Juan Carlos took many weekends and drove us all over, Broward and Dade Countys untill we found the perect house. We had one real estate agent who told us to look and when we were ready to purchase something call him. Well we said hit the bricks to him and were lucky enough to Find JC. We searched and searched until we found the right house and all the while JC made us feel like we were his only customers. We cant thank him enough.
