Description of Work: I used Deco Maintenance and sister company Dream Clean in my Euclid Ave condo on several occasions to fix windows, doors, change locks, cleaning install fixtures and they were used by several neighbors for much bigger re-modelling jobs. Personnel were very professional and well presented and polite. Charges were very reasonable and I have no hesitation recommending them. I dealt directly with Rodney the owner to set up requirements and he was always very pleasant and capable.

+ -1 moreRodney was very professional and my tenants were very happy to work with him. I had a punch list that had to be performed and he contacted my tenants and scheduled out the service rather quickly. i will advise anyone to go with Rodney and his team.
Description of Work: Rodney helped my tenants with different odd and ends that needed to be repaired in my apt. He repaired fixtures, cabinets, plumbing, etc...

Description of Work: Very good cleaning service company. Overall experience was excellent and I will use again. Cost was $115.00 for deep cleaning house. There was a $25.00 initial cost reduction, cost was $140.00.

+ -1 moreThe room renovation went extremely well. Then, there was a bigger job that was beyond their capacity. They had to sub-contract it through an outside company. That job went okay, but not quite as well, which makes the critique complicated. The outside vendor was relatively slow to begin the work. They weren't able to fully keep their promises about the starting time. Although they did an adequate job, they didn't do every single thing that was discussed verbally. Once they got going, they did the job, but they weren't as good as the Deco Maintenance people themselves, who did a very good job on the interior.
Description of Work: They did two jobs for me on an older home. They renovated a room by cleaning it up and painting it. They did that work using their own people. The second job involved them sub-contracting a company to paint the outside of the house.

+ 4 moreRodney, the owner, gave us an estimate and scheduled the work. He closely oversaw the entire project, visiting every day. He made suggestions on how to cut costs and solve problems. The workers missed polishing a patch of the floors in the closets, and Rodney had them come out the next day to redo the work. The apartment looked great, they left everything clean and completed the work on time.
Description of Work: Deco Maintenance completed a variety of repairs and painting in our recently purchased condo. They replaced a built in mirror, painted, fixed cabinets under the sink, polished the travertine floors built some shelves in the closet and finished the woodwork.
