Iwan Sastro answered his phone immediately. was working in Broward but would get to me later in the day. called me later and said he was on his way. he found the problem, but didn't have the part. we agreed he would buy the part on Monday and would meet me at my apartment Monday afternoon. I called him when I got home from work, he bought the part (Yay!) and would be over as soon as he finished another job. He came, he fixed my refrigerator, and was wonderful. he even did another minor repair on a light switch that was faulty and didn't charge me. He's a busy man, his phone rings a lot, but he gets the job done and is a very pleasant guy. he even called the next day to see how it was working. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and to call him again, should I need more repairs. a real quality guy.
Description of Work: Repaired my refrigerator which had totally stopped cooling.

+ -1 moreFirst time he was supposed to come by at 11am. After several attempts of contacting him, he showed up at 5pm and couldn't do the work because he was missing a part! We paid $40 for the gas so he would come back the following day. The following day he canceled an hour after our scheduled appointment because his girlfriend was in the hospital. The third time he canceled 20 minutes earlier because he had to go to the hospital. Overall paid him $40, got the work canceled 3 times and still don't have an extractor!! NOT reliable or punctual.
Description of Work: He was supposed to install an extractor but had to cancel twice.

Description of Work: The washing machine produced smelly smoke when load was done. Searched here for repair options, and Iwan answered and came at the time he said he would. As it turns out, apparently there was nothing wrong with my machine, and I was only charged service call fee for members of Angie's List

+ -1 moreIwan was very professional and prompt. He ordered the service part and fixed my door. Additionally, he found out the source of the problem and also provided several suggestions how to use my Bosch dishwasher safely and effectively. I would highly recommend him.
